🍷 The White Horse pub in Mayfair, opened in 2021 by The Hedonism Group, transforms into a wine bar with a selection available from Hedonism's wine shop. Sommelier Matthew Mawtus created a 100-wine list, complemented by a menu including cheese from La Fromagerie and seasonal dishes. Hide, another Hedonism Group venue, launched in 2018. The two-story venue features an open fireplace and is designed for both intimate and group experiences.

🍝 Med Salleh Viet, a 35-cover restaurant in Earl's Court, serves Vietnamese dishes such as summer rolls and wagyu beef pho. Headed by Syphong Lam, this eatery was co-founded by her husband Koi Lee and Med Pang in 2022. The interior boasts dark wood furnishings and a painted Hanoian market scene.

🍽 Pachamama Group to expand with Zēphyr, a Mediterranean restaurant in Chelsea, following the eight-year run of Chicama. Following a record-breaking season with venues in Ibiza, Mykonos, and Mallorca, Lío London aims to top expectations with a new show, "The Jukebox." BeBeMe, a wine retail and bar experience, fits into London's luxury landscape by offering sophisticated yet accessible experiences. 🍷 Fables & Company, known for Plume in Covent Garden and Finch in Brixton, is opening its third venue, Quill, in Borough Yards this November. Founder Andrew Gray aims to make wine bars more approachable with a focus on storytelling. Quill occupies a 2000 square foot space, hosting 75 covers, and features an English garden and an eccentric wine cellar interior. Culinary Innovator Rob Wade, previously of Chez Bruce, Soho House Group, and La Truffiere in Paris, has crafted a menu highlighting British cuisine. The bar's design, by Sophie Bickness of Studio Bare, combines the historic with the contemporary. Activities such as 'Secret Notes', 'Tarot Readings', and traditional games nights will continue. Quill is part of a surge of new openings in Borough Market, joining established venues like Cahoots and Angry Crab Shack. Fables & Company formerly operated as Grays and Feather for 14 years before the new launch.

🏖 SLS Hotels & Residences debuts in Europe with SLS Barcelona this autumn, offering 471 rooms and suites, six dining concepts, three pools, a spa, and an 800 m² ballroom. Located at Port Fòrum, Barcelona, it's within walking distance to local beaches and Parc del Fòrum. Guests can enjoy a 50% discount through Dis-loyalty membership for stays from 16 December 2024 to 28 April 2025. The grand opening is set for early next year.

🏕 Eden, a luxury boutique hotel, opened in the High Atlas Mountains above Dades Valley, Morocco, earlier this year. The hotel features 18 luxurious rooms designed by local artisans, a garden oasis by French architect Guillaume Berthier, a fine dining experience with seasonal produce from their kitchen garden, a hammam spa offering traditional Moroccan treatments, and excursions into the High Atlas Mountains. The Sabiri brothers, with over 30 years of hospitality experience, manage the hotel, emphasizing Moroccan hospitality and culture.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts surpassed 200 open hotels in Northern Europe as of 24 September 2024, introducing brands in Germany, Hungary, Sweden, and Poland. Germany anticipates the debut of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and Garner in late 2024, and Candlewood Suites in early 2025. Hungary opened its first Kimpton and Vignette Collection hotels, and Sweden welcomed voco Stockholm. Poland plans to open Holiday Inn Express Lublin by end of 2024 and voco Katowice in 2025. 🍴 Limor and Amir Chen to open Delamina Townhouse, a 110-cover Eastern Mediterranean restaurant, on 28 October in Covent Garden’s Tavistock Street, London. The Chens, also founders of the Apostrophe bakery chain, launched Delamina in 2018. The new venue will feature a health-conscious menu with grilling, roasting, and Eastern Mediterranean spices, alongside classic and new dishes. Set in a Georgian townhouse, the restaurant offers a dining bar, fireplaces, private dining, and a terrace.
