Hyatt introduces upper-midscale, conversion-friendly brand
🏨 Hyatt launched Hyatt Select for budget-conscious travelers, featuring amenities like complimentary breakfast and high-speed internet. Room counts range from 70 to 200, focused on secondary and tertiary markets. The brand provides a lean operating model for reduced labor costs. Hyatt Select joins Essentials portfolio, complementing Hyatt Studios, which opened its first location in Mobile, Alabama. Hyatt Studios, introduced in 2023, has over 50 deals in the pipeline, targeting long-term stays. Hyatt Select will start in the Americas and then expand globally.
