🏨 Greenville's Windsor Aughtry Company completed $5 million renovations on two hotels: SpringHill Suites by Marriott Roanoke, Virginia, and Hampton Inn & Suites Baton Rouge Downtown, Louisiana, in partnership with Hospitality America. Updates include refreshed rooms and public spaces, new lobby designs, and self-serve beer and wine taps. These enhancements aim to boost guest experiences and local economic growth. The SpringHill Suites features 127 rooms, while the Baton Rouge hotel is a hub for university markets.

💻 Patina Hotels and Resorts has launched a digital platform to support international growth following recent openings in Maldives and Japan. The platform includes editorial content, cultural programming, and destination info, highlighting events like artist residencies and annual happenings. Running on Adobe and Salesforce, it aims to enhance guest engagement as the brand expands. 🏨 Kerten Hospitality, in a partnership with Oromecanica Group, signed a deal for Cloud 7 Dersa Tetuàn in Casablanca, marking its entry into Morocco. Set in the historic Dersa building in Tetouan, the hotel will offer 63 rooms including family suites, and features such as the award-winning Joontos restaurant, a cigar lounge, lobby café, and rooftop bar. 🏨 The Hoxton opened its first Irish hotel in Dublin's Creative Quarter after restoring the former Central Hotel. The 129-room hotel on Exchequer Street features archaeological finds, including Viking-era materials and medieval coins.
