🏨 Rocco Forte Hotels launches its tenth Italian hotel, The Carlton, in Milan today. The €60-million renovation, led by Olga Polizzi, crafts 71 rooms and suites, two restaurants, a bar, and a spa. Located at Via Senato 5 and Via della Spiga 8, it blends tradition with modern design. Chef Fulvio Pierangelini leads the dining experience, while Salvatore Calabrese oversees the bar. The Carlton garden will open in Spring 2026.

📋 Minor Hotels plans to open NH Collection Sliema in Malta by 2026, featuring 268 rooms and suites. Located in Sliema, steps from the seafront and near Valetta, it offers amenities like a spa, rooftop bar, pool, and restaurant. Minor Hotels, with nearly 50 years of expertise, aims to expand through franchising in key markets and untapped regions. 🏝️ Wyndham Grand Rio Mar unveils its revamped resort on December 17, 2025, offering three enhanced pools, 400 redesigned rooms, and a 1950s-inspired casino. Located between El Yunque National Rainforest and the Atlantic Ocean, the 607-acre resort features new dining venues, a speakeasy cabaret, and a family-friendly Xplorers Club. 🏨 Duke Street Boutique Hotel reopened in Liverpool city center in October 2025, after a purchase by Golding Group for £2.25 million. Initially launched in 2021, it entered administration in early 2025. Now refurbished with a redesigned reception and resident's bar, it offers 30 en-suite rooms, full staffing, and a breakfast-to-go option. The hotel is located near key Liverpool attractions like Chinatown and the M&S Bank Arena.

🏖️ Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, opens in Southwest Florida, offering luxury across 1,000 feet of beachfront and 125 acres. Featuring 220 rooms, including 57 suites, it boasts five dining venues, a spa, and a Tom Fazio-designed golf course debuting in 2026. The resort includes 153 residences with Four Seasons service, a 30,000 sq ft spa, and 32,000 sq ft of event space. The Sabal Suite, a 7,000 sq ft accommodation, will open in 2026.

🏨 Reservations for the Imperial Hotel, Kyoto, open November 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM JST, with the hotel welcoming guests starting March 5, 2026. Situated in Kyoto's Gion district, the hotel blends historic charm with modern elegance, housed in the 90-year-old Yasaka Kaikan. 🏠 Rome-based StudioTamat revamped a 1960s villa in Castelli Romani near Rome, blending modernist styles with playful interiors. The design retained the villa's mid-century spirit, creating a 400-square-metre home for Daniele, Sara, and their three daughters. Key features include a mint-green kitchen with a red travertine island, a pink Marenco sofa, and Disney-themed children's rooms. The layout emphasizes open, flowing spaces around an elliptical staircase, enhancing both aesthetic appeal and functionality.
