🎄 Treehouse Hotel Manchester, opened in 2025 on Deansgate, celebrates its first festive season. 🎄 Families can enjoy the Merry Movie Magic package starting at £135, featuring festive film screenings at Flix cinema. Couples can opt for the Bubbly & Bright package from £175, with Moët and city views. From November 17th to early January, Pip offers festive menus by chef Mary-Ellen McTague. The hotel's prime location provides easy access to Manchester's Christmas markets and shops. 🎅✨

🍴 Major Food Group opened Carbone Riviera on November 7 at Bellagio, Las Vegas. The 240-seat restaurant, crafted with designer Martin Brudnizki and MGM Resorts, occupies the former Picasso space by the Bellagio fountains. Inspired by coastal Italy, it features a seafood program with dishes like whole fish, linguine in red clam sauce, and Scottish langoustines. The menu includes an extensive wine list and unique cocktails. Carbone Riviera joins other MFG brands like Sadelle’s and Carbone at Aria.

🏠 Kerzner International and Midad Real Estate will develop Atlantis and One&Only properties in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Part of the Jeddah Central masterplan, these developments will be 30 minutes from Jeddah International Airport. The Atlantis Jeddah will feature 800 rooms, over 20 dining concepts, and Aquaventure Waterpark. The One&Only resort will include the brand's first Private Homes in Saudi Arabia. Both projects emphasize sustainability and aim to elevate Jeddah's global hospitality status.

📍 IHG Hotels & Resorts plans to expand its Saudi footprint by signing a dual management agreement with Mosa bin Abdul Aziz Al-Mosa and Sons. By early 2027, the 232-room Crowne Plaza Al Khobar Al Bandariyah will open near the Corniche, while the 106-room Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard will open in the Al-Suwaidi district by late 2026. The projects support Saudi Vision 2030 and add to IHG’s 46 operational hotels and 60 in the pipeline in Saudi Arabia.

🏨 Hawkins Way Capital, in partnership with Marriott International, launched the Series by Marriott brand with two U.S. hotels: FOUND Miami Beach, opened on November 10, 2025, and FOUND Santa Monica, opened on November 13, 2025. These openings are part of a plan to convert six properties into FOUND Hotels, Series by Marriott. Managed by FCL Management, the Miami Beach hotel features renovated interiors and Bar Luca, while Santa Monica includes updated guest spaces and the Cliffdiver restaurant.

🏨 Mandarin Oriental is set to open a hotel, serviced apartment, and branded residence project in Jeddah Central by 2030. Located on the Red Sea coast, the waterfront project will feature 140 hotel rooms, 115 serviced apartments, and 187 branded residences. Amenities include five dining venues, a cinema, a golf simulator, and a spa. Designed by KPF, this development is part of Jeddah Central's urban tourism plan, enhancing Saudi Arabia's luxury hospitality offerings.

Featuring a dining spot, Rycrofte's, and a daily event, The Golden Hour, this new hotel is set to become a hub for tourists and business travelers alike.

🏨 PM Hotel Group, a top hotel management company, starts managing Avila Village Inn, a 48-room boutique hotel in Avila Beach, California. The inn offers king and two-queen layouts, suites with fireplaces, private hot tubs, and is pet-friendly. Amenities include bicycle rentals and access to the Bob Jones Trail. Nestled near Edna Valley wine country and Avila Hot Springs, this property offers a blend of Craftsman charm and modern comfort along California’s Central Coast.

🏨 Nashville-based Oliver Hospitality partners with The Sarasota Modern Hotel in Florida's Rosemary Arts District. The 89-room hotel features unique layouts, a pool deck with a cold plunge, and the Wink Wink Food & Drink and Pool Bar. Amenities include cruiser bikes, yoga sessions, and complimentary rides. The partnership aligns with Oliver Hospitality's expansion goal to double its portfolio within two years.
