🏨 Hilton expands growth in Türkiye with five new properties across four brands, enhancing its 70-year presence. Opening highlights include Hilton Antalya City Centre in 2028 with 254 rooms, DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Maçka this spring with 109 rooms, and Hilton Garden Inn Kocaeli Dilovası in 2027 with 104 rooms. Tapestry Collection hotels, Gist Istanbul and Hotel Istanbul Sisli, will open in 2027 and 2028, respectively. Hilton's lifestyle portfolio will see continued growth in 2025.

🏨 Shanghai – In 2023, IHG Hotels & Resorts celebrated the milestone of 10 Vignette Collection hotels open in Greater China since its launch in 2021. The brand focuses on luxury and lifestyle, offering personal, memorable stays that reflect the character of their destinations. With projects like Palm Springs Hotel Chengdu and TFT Chongqing, these hotels personalize experiences and support community and environmental initiatives, promising more expansion in the region.

🏨 Everhome Suites hits 27 properties with new openings in Texas, Kentucky, and New Jersey. In October 2025, San Antonio, TX, opened at 619 N Hunt Lane, while Bowling Green, KY, started in November 2025 at 1699 Charlie Court. Somerset, NJ, followed in late December 2025 at 1860 Easton Avenue. These expansions enhance Choice Hotels' extended-stay footprint, meeting increasing demand with modern, apartment-style accommodations.

🏖 Today, Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah opens the Inn at Sundance Mountain Resort, a 63-room ski-in/ski-out hotel designed by BSA Architects. Situated by the Outlaw Express lift, the Inn features Scottish and Western design influences with interiors by Fettle Design. Amenities include a ski valet, a gallery, and a lounge offering a European breakfast and alpine tapas. The resort will add 60 acres of terrain and a new lift by the 2026-27 season.

🏓 Singapore-based Open Studio transformed New Bahru Hall, a 1960s school hall, into a pickleball court. The project, commissioned by The Lo & Behold Group, preserved original teak panelling and mosaic flooring, while adding galvanised-steel elements. Updates included widened doors and custom lighting. New Bahru Hall now hosts live performances and events, with a waffle ceiling enhancing acoustics. The space retains historical features, emphasizing a nostalgic yet modern aesthetic. The renovation received positive feedback for its contemporary feel.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts, a leading hotel company, announces the opening and signing of four new properties with Fairview Hotels in the UK: voco London – Bloomsbury, Garner Hotel Lincoln, Garner Hotel Rotherham East, and Garner Hotel Chesterfield North. Adding over 380 rooms to IHG’s UK pipeline, these sites enhance IHG’s footprint. Voco London – Bloomsbury will open mid-2026. Garner Hotel Rotherham East is operational since January 2025, while Lincoln and Chesterfield North will open February 2026.

🏨 Cheval Collection's loyalty program, Cheval DISCOVERY, surpassed its enrolment target by over 40% in just six months. One property exceeded its target by 500%. GHA DISCOVERY's loyalty program achieved $3.2bn revenue, a 21% increase from 2025. Cheval Collection expanded to over 950 units, opening Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai in 2026 and planning launches in 2027 in Glasgow and Riyadh. The program offers 4-7% D$ rewards and discounts across 950+ properties.

🏨 Andaz Shanghai ITC, opening 3 February 2026, is in Shanghai's heritage district, located in the ITC Xujiahui complex. The hotel features 267 rooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling views and sizes ranging from 45 sqm to 147 sqm. Dining options include a rooftop bar and two restaurants. This luxury hotel draws on Shanghai’s rich history in design elements, offering a unique blend of nostalgia and contemporary luxury.

🏨 Fairmont Hotels & Resorts opened its first Vietnam property, Fairmont Hanoi, in Hanoi's Old Quarter, featuring 241 guest rooms, 38 Fairmont Gold rooms, and 12 suites. The hotel boasts Hanoi's largest pillarless ballroom, an extensive wellness facility, and eight dining options, including offerings from Michelin-starred chefs. Designed by Perkins Eastman and Aston Design, it harmonizes local heritage with modern luxury. The 38,000 sq.ft wellness club and 12,000 sq.ft ballroom highlight the hotel's expansive amenities.

🏨 DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans unveiled a $5 million renovation, celebrating with a ribbon-cutting event. The hotel, managed by Dimension Hospitality, updated the lobby, 367 rooms, rooftop pool, and 16,000 sq. ft. of event space. The ceremony, held in the revamped International Ballroom with views of the Mississippi River, highlighted the hotel's commitment to New Orleans tourism. The New Orleans Chamber of Commerce presented a Certificate of Commemoration for the investment.
