🏨 Premier Inn opened an 84-bedroom hotel in Hastings on December 12, 2025, located on Cornwallis Street. Officially opened by MP Helena Dollimore, the development replaced a former car park, spanning 3,000 square meters and constructed in 15 months. This project created 25 jobs. Whitbread contributed £9,000 to local charities, and the hotel team engaged in community activities. Premier Inn plans further expansions in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, and Rye.

🏨 Dominus has secured approval in September 2025 to convert a telephone exchange on Judd Street, Camden, into a 240-bed hotel. Designed by Stiff + Trevillion, the project retains 80% of the building’s framework and aims for BREEAM Excellent standards. The ground floor will include a public restaurant, café, and bar. Dominus Hospitality will manage the hotel, creating over 100 jobs and launching the Camden Hospitality Academy with Springboard Charity and Hilton.

🍳 La Folie Douce transformed a disused ski lift station at 2,400 meters into La Petite Cuisine - Gare Centrale in Val-d'Isère, France. Over two years, a 30-meter kitchen piano centerpiece—France's largest—was installed to create a culinary theatre. Chef Christophe Lancelot leads the team, ensuring all dishes are made in-house with fine dining ingredients. This immersive experience blends food and performance, reinventing self-service dining into an interactive, theatrical event.

Located at 198 Dry Creek Road, this upscale hotel features 103 rooms. The MOD Collection caters to modern travelers with an emphasis on creativity, flexibility, and eclectic design. 🏨 Luxuria Hotel Management LLC announced plans to open a new Ramada Plaza by Wyndham in Dubai's Al Barsha district. The hotel will feature 137 guest rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, rooftop pool, gym, and spa. Located near Mall of the Emirates and Sheikh Zayed Road, this development is part of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' expansion in the UAE where they currently operate 19 hotels.

🏨 Hyatt Place Bozeman Yellowstone debuted in Bozeman, Montana, marking the Hyatt brand's entry into the area. This 130-room hotel, located near Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, offers a complimentary shuttle, 15 suites, a business lounge, and a fitness center. Guests can enjoy a heated patio with fire pits and a full breakfast buffet. Opening in December, The Social Story restaurant will serve Montana-influenced American cuisine. 🏢 Raines and Vantage Realty Partners plan to restore Rose Hill Estate in Aiken, South Carolina, into a boutique hotel by late 2027. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, the estate will include a food and beverage program and public gardens. Restaurateurs Chris Hall and Ryan Turner join as partners. Designed by J.F. Leitner in 1900, the estate will serve as a community hub, collaborating with Aiken Center for the Arts and hosting an Artists in Residence program.

🏨 Marriott Minneapolis Northwest Hotel & Conference Center, located in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, unveiled its new identity and expanded role as a regional hub. With 231 renovated suites and 63,000 square feet of meeting space, including 27 rooms and an 8,000-square-foot ballroom, it caters to conferences and events. Amenities include catering, on-site dining, and proximity to attractions like Topgolf. Managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, the hotel aims to support corporate and sports travel in the Northwest corridor.
