🏨 Al Qimmah Hospitality and Marriott International signed five new hotel projects in Saudi Arabia, adding over 2,700 rooms in Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah. Four brands, including JW Marriott and Four Points by Sheraton, will be featured. Marriott operates 44 properties with over 11,000 rooms in Saudi Arabia. The new hotels include JW Marriott Jeddah with 356 rooms, Four Points in Makkah and Madinah with 1,830 rooms combined, Element Madinah with 136 rooms, and Four Points Flex in Madinah with 450 rooms.

🌇 Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia unveils Sky Garden—an exclusive floor designed by 1508 London, featuring four guest rooms, three suites, and a 4,000-square-foot penthouse. Fusing art, wellness, and culinary excellence, it offers a curated art collection, advanced wellness treatments, and top-tier dining experiences. The wellness area includes a private studio with fitness amenities. Sky Garden provides a sophisticated, personalized experience in a residential-style setting, emphasizing intimacy and calm over spectacle.

🗽 Crescent Hotels & Resorts adds Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel in Ohio, a 408-room property with a rooftop pool and over 22,500 sq. ft. of meeting space. This expansion, part of a partnership with Whitestone Companies, highlights Crescent's growth in the branded lifestyle sector. Whitestone manages 27 projects across 14 states, focusing on high-potential property transformation. Crescent operates more than 120 hotels in North America under major brands like Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt.

📍 Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, spring 2026, Mallorca—opening Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra. Expanding Mediterranean footprint, focused on rate-resilient resort assets, lifestyle positioning, varied culinary offerings, and wellness infrastructure.

🌴 Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra will open in Calvià, Mallorca, in July 2026. Located on the iconic Punta Negra peninsula, this luxury resort will feature 131 rooms, including casitas and bungalows. Focusing on local culture and modern luxury, it will offer unique dining experiences with venues like Matsuhisa and Leña. The resort aims to enhance appeal through destination-specific design and diverse revenue streams.

🏨 Ennismore, in 2026, will expand globally, surpassing 200 hotel openings. Key locations include Miami Beach, Mexico City, Bali, and Cape Town. Notable openings: Delano London, Mama Shelter Mexico City with 100 rooms, and Rixos Cancún with 345 rooms. Asia’s Rixos Phu Quoc will offer over 1,700 rooms. In the Middle East, Rixos Murjana will be Saudi Arabia's largest resort. Paris Society's Gigi and Mimi Kakushi will debut in the Americas.

🏖 Outbound Hotels to open Outbound Park City in early 2027 in Park City, Utah. This will be the fourth collaboration between Waterton and Barings, with a design inspired by the Wasatch Mountains. The 4.5-acre site will feature 182 guestrooms, over 11,000 sq ft of meeting areas, and two courtyards. Part of an expansion including Outbound Sedona (opening Q2 2026) and Outbound Yosemite, welcoming guests from May and June 2026, respectively.

🏨 Espire Hospitality Limited opens "Country Inn, Varanasi," in one of the world's oldest cities. Located near Varanasi's ghats and temples, it features modern accommodations and amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi. Guests enjoy dining at SUTRA By Banaras, offering Indian and international cuisine. Espire plans 30 operational hotels by FY26, with recent signings in Rishikesh, Udaipur, and more, highlighting its rapid expansion in India.
