Located near cultural spots like Westfield & BBC Studios, it aims to attract locals and visitors alike.

🏨 Four Points by Sheraton opened its 100th hotel in Greater China, located in Xi'an's Lianhu District. Positioned 30 meters from Guangji Street Metro Station, it's 5 km from Xi'an Railway Station, 17 km from Xi'an North, and 37 km from the airport. The hotel includes 214 rooms, a 510 sqm event space, and offers a 24-hour fitness center. Marriott Bonvoy members receive a 10% discount. 🏠 Minor Hotels signed an agreement for Oaks Residences Riyadh during the TOURISE Summit in Saudi Arabia, attended by CEO Dillip Rajakarier and Tabarak Holding's Aly El Shorbany. Located in Riyadh, the 146-residence project opens in 2026. The deal includes NH Collection launches in Cairo, Egypt by 2029. Minor Hotels aims for 100 properties in the Middle East & Africa, valued at over $6 billion by 2030.

🏠 Global hospitality brand Nobu is launching a luxury hotel in Manchester, UK, as part of a £360m, 76-storey mixed-use tower, becoming the tallest building outside London. The development, led by Salboy, Domis, and Nobu Hospitality, includes 160 hotel rooms, 452 residences, retail, leisure, and co-working spaces. Designed by SimpsonHaugh Architects, the tower will stand 246 meters high. Construction begins next year, with completion by the decade's end. Co-founder Robert De Niro attended the launch event.

🏨 Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai opened at Wasl Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. This 303-meter tower, designed by UNStudio and engineered by Werner Sobek, features 259 rooms and suites, and 224 residences launching in 2026. The hotel offers 10 dining venues, a rooftop helipad, and a two-floor wellness center. 🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts plans to open Crowne Plaza Multan in DHA Multan, Pakistan, by early 2028. This 200-room hotel, the brand's first in the city, will be part of the Serene Tower. The hotel will feature modern guest rooms, dining venues, meeting spaces, a fitness center, and a pool, expanding IHG's presence in high-potential cities.

🌴 Banyan Group expanded in the Greater Bay Area with Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay. Located in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, it opened as part of a dual-branded resort. The Group celebrates 20 years in China and will soon launch its 100th hotel globally. The resort features 83 rooms, a "Flower Corridor," and dining venues like XUN for Minnan cuisine. The Phoenix Ballroom spans 863 sqm. The site combines cultural elements with modern amenities offering a unique coastal experience.
