IHG® Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has signed a management agreement for Holiday Inn Siliguri, in partnership with Four Vedas Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, a joint venture between Kaysons Group, Sagar Group and Golden Goenka Group. Located in West Bengal, India, and slated to open in 2027, the upcoming hotel underscores IHG’s commitment to strengthening presence in high-potential secondary markets across India.

Uga, the boutique Sri Lankan hotel group renowned for its world-class hospitality, is delighted to announce the opening of its seventh property, Uga Prāva, on 15th July 2025. Construction work on the new serviced apartment property by KAPPE Projektentwicklung GmbH began at Kaiserstrasse 10 in Braunschweig in early 2025. The shell of the building was completed in May, and interior work is now in full swing. The project is scheduled for completion by mid-2026 at the latest.
