🏖️ Treehouse Hotel Miami Beach is set to open in early 2029, bringing its playful, design-forward style to Miami Beach, Florida. Developed by Keyah Real Estate Group and designed by Rottet Studio, the hotel will incorporate Art Deco and Miami Modern designs. The location will feature a rooftop pool, a wellness club, and a serviced beach club. Originally launched in London in 2019, Treehouse Hotels includes sites in Manchester and Silicon Valley.

🏝️ The Luce, part of Marriott's Tribute Portfolio, opens in St. Pete Beach on March 15, 2026, featuring 200 rooms, including bungalow suites. Guests earn 3,000 Marriott Bonvoy points per night until March 31. Highlights include Sundrop restaurant, Baby Turtle Beach Club, a large pool, and 14,000 sq ft of event space. Located at 6300 Gulf Blvd, with access to St. Pete-Clearwater and Tampa airports, The Luce offers a modern yet nostalgic Floridian escape.

🏨 Located in Mystic, Connecticut, the Commodore Motel will open in spring 2026. The 59-room boutique motel, originally a 1965 motor lodge, will feature eco-friendly renovations like rooftop solar and a VRF system. Designed by Cate Mills and Mark Comeau, it combines modernist and nautical styles. Weekend rates will start at $209, midweek at $159. Owned by Cannonball Management, the motel offers amenities such as complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, continuing Mystic's rich hospitality tradition.

🏔️ New York-based Extell and Hilton announced the Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort and Residences, set to open in 2028 in Deer Valley East Village, Utah. Featuring 132 keys and 105 branded residences, the resort will offer ski-in, ski-out access and a 15,000 sq. ft. spa. Construction began in May 2025. Located 40 minutes from Salt Lake City, the area recently expanded its ski terrain to 5,726 acres across 238 runs, making it one of North America's largest ski resorts.

🏖 Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa Cabo San Lucas underwent a major transformation in 2024, enhancing pools, entertainment, and dining. Expanded pool areas include hot tubs and family zones. Bella California restaurant offers Italian-Baja fusion cuisine led by Chef Kevin Rendón Alvarado. Carbón Grill showcases Latin flavors, while the Taco Bar features tacos and sushi. 🏨 From October 1 to December 31, 2025, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, based in New York, added 21 new properties globally. Bob W London Hyde Park opened nine days post-lease, offering 102 rooms near Paddington. Florence's Santa Croce launched in just 14 days. Demand for flexible, business-oriented accommodations in urban areas is growing, and Bob W caters to this with rapid deployment and consistent guest experience.

🏨 Newport Hospitality Group added two Hilton properties in Columbus, Ohio, to its management portfolio: the Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Easton and Homewood Suites Columbus Easton at 3600 Morse Road. Opened in December 2021, they offer 240 guestrooms and over 6,000 square feet of event space. Newport's portfolio now includes 14 Hilton-managed hotels.
