Rooms are priced to reflect the unique experience, complemented by wellness programming and Kimpton's signature hospitality rituals.

🏖️ Curator Hotel & Resort Collection expands in California by adding Inns of Monterey, featuring five coastal boutique hotels. Located in Monterey, these include Casa Munras Garden Hotel & Spa, Monterey Bay Inn, Spindrift Inn, Victorian Inn, and Wave Street Inn, each offering unique experiences and amenities. Curator now boasts over 35 independent hotels across California, supporting members with marketing, cost-saving agreements, and a shared knowledge base, without compromising their autonomy.

🏨 Travelodge Group ended 2025 with a revenue increase of 0.7%, totaling £1,044 million across 625 hotels and 85 Bar Café outlets in the UK and Spain. Despite this, RevPAR decreased by 1.9% to €66. The group opened 21 new UK hotels, with a further pipeline in Spain, while anticipating a 6% to 7.5% gross cost inflation in 2026. The hotel spans 88 acres and maintains operations during renovations managed by Davidson Hospitality. The updates, designed by DLR Group, include contemporary-style guestrooms with preserved hardwood floors and modern furnishings. 🎆 Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge celebrates the Year of the Horse with events from February 4 to March 6, 2026. Guests can enjoy a ten-course tasting menu at Mei Ume for GBP 128, available February 15 to March 3, and cocktails priced from GBP 19 to 28. The Eternal Seasons cocktail is GBP 25. The Rotunda Bar & Lounge is adorned with Lunar New Year décor, featuring a wishing tree where guests can hang wishes.

🏖 The Sitio, a 20-room boutique hotel, opens on March 1, 2026, at Virginia Beach's Atlantic Park. Featuring North America's first Wavegarden Cove surf lagoon, it offers minimalist, surf-inspired design with Belgian Libeco linens and curated artwork. Guests enjoy private balconies, surf sessions, an infinity pool, and access to local eateries like Nami Nori and Wiseguy Pizza. Positioned as a cultural hub, The Sitio blends surf, art, and music, enhancing the Virginia Beach experience.

🏨 Dreamscape Hospitality, in collaboration with Verge Mobile, has expanded its management portfolio with three Marriott-branded hotels: Residence Inn Tulsa South, SpringHill Suites Tulsa, and Courtyard Lafayette Airport. Residence Inn offers 90 suites, SpringHill has 76, and Courtyard provides 89 rooms. Located in Oklahoma and Louisiana, these hotels serve business and leisure travelers. Dreamscape focuses on consistent service, enhancing guest experiences, and optimizing performance by integrating these properties into its operational strategies.

🏨 Cameo Beverly Hills, part of LXR Hotels & Resorts, has reopened after a comprehensive renovation in Los Angeles, California, blending luxury with tranquility near Rodeo Drive. Redesigned rooms feature private balconies and bespoke decor. Zampo, the hotel's dining venue, offers Peruvian-Japanese cuisine, while Silhouette serves global small plates. Enhancements include a revamped pool deck and the Starlight Ballroom with city views. LXR plans to debut "Cameo to Catalina," a unique day trip to Catalina Island.

🏖️ Extell Development and Hilton will open Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort and Residences in Park City, Utah, in 2028. Located by the Green Monster ski run, it offers 132 hotel keys and 105 branded residences in two towers. Construction began in May 2025. Amenities include a 15,000-square-foot spa and ski valet services. This development boosts Hilton's luxury portfolio, complementing the new Canopy by Hilton opening in Deer Valley this summer.

🌎 The Atlas Hotel, a boutique lifestyle destination, opens in Boston's Allston neighborhood at Harvard's Enterprise Research Campus. Designed by Marlon Blackwell Architects and INC Architecture & Design, it features 246 guest rooms, including 12 suites. Amenities include a living room lobby, meeting spaces, and a fitness center. Dining highlights are Ama restaurant and the upcoming Foxglove Terrace rooftop bar. The hotel emphasizes sustainability with LEED Gold and Fitwel certifications. Foxglove Terrace and The COOP retail debut in spring 2026.
