🏨 Wyndham Hotels & Resorts opened its 20th ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham in Bozeman, Montana. In 2025, Wyndham added over 60 new extended-stay properties, expanding to 45,000 rooms. ECHO Suites hotels average 50,000 square feet, with 74% rentable space. More than 70% of stays are over seven nights, over half beyond 60 days. Wyndham aims for 300 contracts by 2027, with 300 hotels open or under construction by 2032, as industry growth continues.
