🚨 Louvre Hotels Group aims to renovate 80% of its hotels by 2028, investing €300 million over three years. 🏨 Dalata Hotel Group will expand its London portfolio by leasing a new four-star Maldron hotel in Kensington, increasing its sites to seven. The 370-room hotel, adjacent to Olympia London, will open in 2029 pending planning approval. The all-electric building aims for BREEAM Excellent accreditation.
