Corinthia to develop luxury resort in Lake Como

🏨 Corinthia Hotels, in collaboration with RoundShield and Kervis SGR, plans to open a luxury resort, Corinthia Lake Como, in Menaggio, Italy by 2028. The resort will feature 58 rooms, a beach club, spa, wellness and dining facilities, and a lakefront club. The project integrates restored heritage architecture with outdoor spaces and involves three branded residences. Corinthia Lake Como will be the company’s second Italian property, demonstrating a commitment to luxury and sustainability.

Oliver Hospitality Adds The Nashville Reserve and The Sarasota Modern to Its Portfolio

Choice Hotels Announces Record International Growth in 2025

They opened 66 extended-stay hotels in the U.S., with WoodSpring Suites adding 28 and Everhome Suites celebrating its 25th opening in Somerset, New York. The upscale segment added 27 hotels; key international expansions included 15 Comfort hotels in France and 7 MainStay Suites in Australia. In total, 247 U.S. franchise agreements were awarded.
