🏨 Set in the former Whiteleys department store in Bayswater, Six Senses London features 109 hotel rooms and 14 residences. Designed by AvroKO, the project preserves the Grade II-listed structure, integrating modern elements. The property includes Whiteley’s Kitchen with a central show kitchen, a first-floor members club with a sculptural skylight, and a subterranean spa with a 65-foot pool. Guestrooms combine historical details with contemporary design, featuring Moroccan zellige tiles and adaptable cabinetry.

🏞️ Nobu Hospitality and Woolfox are launching Nobu Woolfox, a countryside development in Rutland, England, spanning 185 acres. It will include a hotel, restaurant, branded residences, and wellness amenities such as a spa, swimming pool, and gym. The design emphasizes natural landscapes and low-density living, offering a tranquil escape. CEO Trevor Horwell highlights this as Nobu's first countryside retreat, focusing on nature and relaxation, a departure from their urban projects.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts will open the 58-room Esperança Hotel, Vignette Collection, in Braga by September 2026. This addition brings the Vignette Collection's portfolio in Portugal to six hotels. The property, owned by Hotel Janes LDA and managed by Amazing Evolution, involves converting two existing buildings. Vignette Collection, launched in 2021, aims to reach 100 hotels by 2030 and currently has 23 properties in Europe, including both open and pipeline projects.

🏝️ Montage Hotels & Resorts plans to launch Montage Ras El Hekma, its first resort in Egypt, featuring 96 residences and 200 guestrooms. The $35 billion development includes amenities like a spa, marina, and cultural landmarks such as the Ras El Hekma Lighthouse and an amphitheater for 10,000 guests. Located on 1.4 miles of Northern Egypt’s shore, it is the first of 17 precincts in the expansive Ras El Hekma masterplan.

🏨 Starhotels Collezione reopened Hotel d’Inghilterra Roma's rooftop terrace, Terrazza Romana, for the summer near the Spanish Steps in Rome. The new offerings include a cocktail selection, including alcohol-free options, and a food menu crafted by executive chef Andrea Sangiuliano. The hotel hosts Golden Beats every Tuesday at 18:00 with DJ Melanie Estella. Historically, it welcomed figures like Oscar Wilde. The terrace is open daily throughout the summer.

🏨 Elk Rapids, Michigan, witnessed the opening of the Dexter Hotel, a 29-room property designed by Shore North Development and Kinship Hospitality, near Traverse City. Known for its custom Michigan-made furnishings and decor, the hotel incorporates local artistry and craftsmanship. Its Noble Lounge offers a culinary and drink experience led by Beverage Director Anthony DiMaria and Executive Chef John Korycki, featuring seasonal Northern Michigan ingredients. The project emphasizes regional design collaboration and hospitality innovation.

🏠 Scottish hospitality operator Buzzworks has opened bookings for seven new boutique bedrooms at The Mill House in Stewarton, available from mid-June. This expansion is part of their pub, restaurant, and rooms concept in Ayrshire. Buzzworks, operating the venue since 2015, offers four room types and plans to expand across Scotland. They recently acquired The Bonnie Badger in Gullane and The Nether Abbey in North Berwick, and operate 22 venues in total, holding a B Corp certification.

🎄 Incheon, December 2023: Inspire Entertainment Resort's Winter Wonderland at Yeongjong Island dazzles with a 150-meter LED Santa Village. Hosting 9 million guests since opening, it offers a 15,000-seat arena and a 6,611 m² art hall. From December 20-25, enjoy parades, concerts, and special dining.
