🏨 Azul Hospitality Group opened the Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles in Arcadia, California, near the Santa Anita Racetrack. This full-service hotel features 173 rooms, 17,800 sq. ft. of event space, and three dining outlets, including a rooftop restaurant. 🏨 Radisson Hotel Group launched Radisson RED Indore on MR-10 Road, featuring 115 rooms and suites, a fitness center, and a rooftop infinity pool. 🏨 Loews Hotels & Co, June 2026, Arlington, Texas. Americana by Loews Hotels will replace Sheraton Arlington Hotel. Construction begins post-demolition with a "ground-shaking event" in early June. Americana will be Loews' 28th property, echoing the 1956 Americana Hotel in Bal Harbour, Fla. It will feature 507 guestrooms, 39 suites, and 83,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space. Loews' Arlington campus will total 1,695 rooms and 374,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space.

🏖 Starwood Hotels unveils plans for 1 Hotel & Homes Hudson Valley on Fifth Lake, Ulster County, N.Y. The development spans 775 acres, featuring orchards, caves, and three lakes. Residences are set for sale in summer 2026, with the resort opening in 2028. The site, once Williams Lake Hotel, is now largely a nature preserve. The resort will host 100 rooms, with design by ODA, and include dining, wellness, and outdoor activities.

Starting construction this summer, it will replace the Sheraton Arlington Hotel, which will be demolished in early June.
