Located on Mayfair’s Grosvenor Square, it reopened last September with 144 suites. Significant architectural changes nearly doubled the building's size, maintaining its historical essence. The restoration involved engineering feats, such as suspending the façade over a 98-foot-deep excavation. The project, backed by Qatari Diar, achieved numerous BREEAM credits for sustainability.

🏨 Home2 Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Airport, Florida, completed extensive renovations including all 107 guestrooms and suites, the lobby, the breakfast area, and public spaces to enhance guest experience. By summer 2027, it will feature 144 guestrooms, pool upgrades, and a new 8,250-square-foot Event Pavilion opening in fall 2026.
