🏖️ Starwood Hotels plans to introduce 1 Hotel & Homes Hudson Valley in New York's Ulster County. Residences will be available for purchase in Summer 2026, with the resort set to open in 2028. Located on 775 acres near Rosendale and Kingston, the site features Fifth Lake and conserved lands. 1 Hotels will offer 100 rooms, residences, farm-to-table dining, and wellness amenities, designed by ODA and Starwood's team. The project aims to merge sustainability with luxury.

🏖 Pearlstone Partners and AvantStay open The Code at 2323 S. Lamar Blvd, Austin. This boutique hotel-residential hybrid features 152 furnished residences, including studios and one- and two-bedroom layouts. Prices start in the low $400,000s for studios. Key amenities include a temperature-controlled pool, rooftop terrace, and 24-hour concierge. Guests can select from three interior design palettes. The Code offers options for short stays and 30-day minimum rentals, managed by AvantStay's program.

🏠 RISONARE Shimonoseki by Hoshino Resorts opened in Yamagata Prefecture, marking its first expansion in this region. With over 70 properties globally, the brand's growth increased by 74% since 2019. The hotel features 187 rooms, an infinity pool, and a spa. The culinary focus includes unique local dishes, especially fugu. The design reflects the Kanmon Strait's influence, offering immersive experiences and amenities like the Strait Cabana Suite, indoor pools, and themed dining options.

🏖 Dune House Hotel & Spa, Jacksonville's latest oceanfront hotel at 1 Ocean Boulevard, welcomes guests from March 3, 2026. Styled by Sage Studio and Islyn Studio, it honors architect William Morgan. The hotel offers 193 rooms, some with ocean views, and features four dining venues, including Coastal Farmer. Amenities include a beachfront pool and The Spa at Dune House. The hotel provides 10,000 sq ft of event space and showcases local culture through retail spaces.

🏨 Crestline Hotels & Resorts will manage two 200-room hotels, SpringHill Suites and Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites, both located along Orlando's International Drive. Fairfield includes a kid’s splash zone, and SpringHill features a heated pool and event space for 45 people. 🏨 Coury Hospitality celebrated its 40th anniversary in Dallas, Texas, highlighting its growth in 2025. 🏖 Stonebridge, a management company, added Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe in Montgomery, Texas, to its portfolio. This 186-acre resort features 335 rooms, including 32 cottages and 303 suites. Amenities include 60,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space, eight dining options, a fitness center, spa, tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, a three-acre waterpark, and an 80-slip marina. Stonebridge aims to enhance cash flow and performance, aligning with its integrated resort model.

🏨 Hotel Heron in Alexandria, VA, has joined Curio Collection by Hilton. Managed by Aparium Hotel Group, the 134-room hotel is located in Old Town Alexandria, about eight miles from Washington, D.C. It includes the KILN restaurant, a craft cocktail bar, and a rooftop venue. This marks the second Curio Collection hotel in the DMV region.
