🍴 Launching on 2 March 2026 at Four Seasons Hotel London At Tower Bridge, Cooper’s Cut is a 72-cover steakhouse celebrating Sir Edwin Cooper. Executive Chef Luke Armstrong brings over a decade of experience. The menu features grass-fed British and Japanese Wagyu beef, with a focus on dry-ageing and seasonality.
