🏨 Valor Hospitality Partners has expanded its UK portfolio from 17 hotels in 2021 to 40 by 2026. The addition includes 4 new hotels, boosting its UK presence to 7,000 bedrooms and 17 meeting rooms. 🏖 Aulūs Lindos Rhodes by Domes, opening April 2026 on the southeastern coast of Rhodes near Lardos, will offer 188 rooms and suites, most with private pools or outdoor Jacuzzis. The five-star family resort includes four restaurants, a SOMA Spa, gym, tennis courts, and a Montessori-inspired Kids' Club. Part of Hilton's Curio Collection, this ultra all-inclusive concept features 24-hour dining, premium beverages, and cultural programming, enhancing Hilton and Domes' presence in Greece.

🏖 In April 2026, Aulūs Chania by Domes, part of Hilton's Curio Collection, opens in Stavros, Crete. This adults-only resort features 200 rooms and suites, three pools, and a floating sea deck. It will offer all-inclusive amenities: 24-hour dining, premium drinks, wellness activities, and cultural experiences. The U.S. will open 891 hotels with 99,011 rooms in 2026, rising to 1,688 hotels with 191,926 rooms by 2027. CoStar's data indicates growth potential, as current room supply and demand are still below 2019 levels, despite leading occupancy rates.

🏨 IHG® Hotels & Resorts plans to open a Vignette Collection hotel in Panchkula, India, by early 2026. The 145-room hotel will include 11 suites, 4 dining venues, and over 2,200 square meters for events. Panchkula, part of the growing Chandigarh Metropolitan Region, hosts IT parks and manufacturing hubs. 🏠 Wrocław-based COI Studio transformed a century-old art nouveau apartment in Poznań's Jeżyce district into "Two Suns," a vibrant, sculptural space. 🎬 Spanish firm Plantea Estudio transformed an old parcel delivery office into Lean Studio's barre studio in central Madrid. The space features a calming atmosphere with browns and reds, microcement floors, and limewashed walls. It includes mirrored walls, wooden barre bars, and open shelving for exercise equipment. Faux skylights and glowing wall lights offer a gentle ambiance in the changing rooms. The studio, established by Lorenzo and Luis Gil, focuses on user-centered design.
