🏨 JW Marriott Reston Station opened in September 2025, located 20 miles west of Washington, D.C. The 248-room hotel, with design by Michael Graves, offers luxury accommodations and is part of a tech hub in Reston, Va., home to Google and Rolls-Royce North America. Managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, it features unique amenities like "mindful rooms" and the largest executive lounge in North America. The hotel had 175 jobs available at opening, attracting over 1,800 applicants.

Ember serves modern American cuisine led by Chef Daniel Horn. Located 20 miles from Moab, the lodge is part of the Marriott Bonvoy Outdoors collection, near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

Adagio closes 2025 at record levels and continues its European densification

Plans for Carlisle Premier Inn given green light by Cumberland Council

🏨 Cumberland Council approved a £12m Premier Inn project in Carlisle city center, set to open by the end of 2028. The 104-room hotel will generate an estimated £4m annually for the local economy, create 25 permanent jobs, and support 45 construction jobs. Construction begins in 2026, following planning condition fulfillment. The project revives a site where a historic hotel was demolished in 2020. Whitbread's redevelopment plans were revealed in May 2025.

Adagio FY revenues rise 7% to €339m amid strong occupancy rate

Leisure travelers comprised 55% of stays, business travelers 45%, averaging 5.2 nights. Direct sales account for 50% of bookings. A management partnership with Sergic Group increased their properties in France by 8%.
