🌴 IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of the 480-acre Six Senses Camp Korongo near Kanab, Utah, expected to open in 2029. This luxury resort will feature 41 tented pavilions and 12 residences, offering stunning canyon views and proximity to national parks like Zion and Bryce Canyon. Six Senses Camp Korongo is being developed with Canyon Global Partners and designed by Luxury Frontiers, marking IHG's first collaboration with the California-based developer.

🏨 Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor, plans to open a 225-key hotel in Calgary by Q4 2031 in partnership with Truman. Situated in Calgary's Greater Downtown, this mixed-use development will include a spa, event spaces, and 100 luxury residences. The project benefits from the $500 million BMO Centre expansion, completed in 2024, which boosts Calgary's convention capacity. The design and regulatory process starts in Q1 2026. Calgary drew over 8.7 million visitors in 2025, enhancing its appeal.

🏨 Palladium Hotel Group concluded 2025 with a €1.162 billion managed business volume, indicating 2% growth from 2024. Direct sales rose by 5%, comprising 32% of total business. Their loyalty programs generated over €210 million, with Palladium Rewards boasting 1.7 million customers—a 60% increase. The consortium, led by Dieter Becken, awarded the project. The digital infrastructure involves at-visions and swissnet Group.

This branded residential development comprises three low-rise buildings with two- and three-bedroom units, penthouses, and exclusive amenities. 🏨 Radisson Hotel Group launched Radisson RED Indore on MR-10 Road, featuring 115 rooms and suites, a fitness center, and a rooftop infinity pool. 🏠 Pendry Residences Mexico City has launched sales for 20 fully furnished units in Roma Norte, opening in 2027. The project features one- to three-bedroom residences ranging from 860 to 2,300 square feet, with private terraces and contemporary furnishings. Located within the Pendry hotel, residents will access amenities like a rooftop pool and Spa Pendry.
