📈 Georg Beyschlag is named CFO of Lighthouse, succeeding founder Matthias Geeroms, who becomes head of corporate development. Beyschlag, former CFO of TeamViewer, brings IPO experience, having scaled TeamViewer's team from 600 to 2,000 for its 2019 IPO. Lighthouse, with 900 employees across six continents and a $15 billion market, aims for strategic growth. Geeroms, pivotal in recent Series C funding and acquisitions like The Hotel Network in April 2025, transitions to focus on deals and partnerships.

💻 Andrew Metcalfe joined Journey as Group Chief Technology & Product Officer to spearhead the company’s growth. Previously, he served as CTO and Product & Engineering Director at Access Hospitality. Metcalfe is also a hotel owner, having developed Downham Hall in Essex. Journey aims to enhance its Hospitality Performance Platform with new features like an Experience Management System. Previously, she held senior positions at Viceroy and Jumeirah. Goshow's recent roles included trustee for AHLA Foundation and board member for HSMAI Foundation.

🏖 Thomas Caska has been appointed as the complex general manager for Casa Marina Key West and The Reach Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton. These properties have 311 and 150 rooms, respectively, and are located in Key West, Florida. Caska’s career began in theatre management and beverage operations before joining Hilton in 2014. He has held key roles, including overseeing a $20 million renovation at Hilton New York Times Square.

🏨 Loews Hotels named Kristie Goshow as chief commercial officer, overseeing sales, marketing, revenue management, and more across its 27 US hotels. With 20+ years of experience, Goshow transitions from Peregrine Hospitality Group and has held roles at Preferred Travel Group, Viceroy, Jumeirah, and Le Méridien. Alex Tisch, CEO, praised her innovative and customer-focused approach. Goshow is excited about joining the team, which she describes as grounded in family values.

🏨 Chris Lorino appointed as Executive VP of Operations at HHM Hotels, announced in January 2026. 📈 Dynamic packaging specialist Peakwork appoints Falk Rudolph as director of business development. Rudolph, previously at Hubby eSIM as chief growth officer, brings over 20 years of travel industry experience. He will focus on the DACH markets and global growth.
