RateGain delivers Healthy PAT Growth of 40% with Margins Expanding to a new high of 22.1% in Q3FY25

Total Revenue rose 13.7% YoY to INR 2,990.4 Mn, Operating Revenue by 10.6% YoY to INR 2,787.1 Mn, and PAT surged 39.9% YoY to INR 565.4 Mn. EBITDA margin increased to 22.1% from 20.3% YoY. For 9MFY25, Total Revenue up 20.8% YoY to INR 8,719.0 Mn; PAT jumped 61.6% YoY to INR 1,541.2 Mn. LTV to CAC ratio at 14.2x, Revenue per Employee at INR 13.3 Mn, ARR at INR 11,148.6 Mn; workforce stands at 836.

Almost half (46%) of consumers wouldn't dine without reading reviews, and 90% consider reviews important when pre-booking hotels online. Photos influence 92% of consumers, with 41% swayed by food photos. AI helps analyze vast amounts of customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

FuturePlus clients have set over 4,200 sustainability goals, achieving more than 2,700, with the 84 IMPACT CERTIFIED hotels achieving 750 sustainability goals. TROO Hospitality, working with FuturePlus since September 2022, is developing a sustainability strategy named TROO Impact.
