CoStar: U.S. Hotel Industry Reports Mostly Negative Weekly Comparisons

📈 June 8–14, 2025, Arlington: U.S. hotel occupancy fell by 2.4% to 68.6%, while ADR rose 0.6% to $163.43. RevPAR declined 1.8% to $112.11. St. Louis led with a 7.1% occupancy increase to 73.2%. San Diego saw ADR up 10.4% to $244.60 and RevPAR up 13.1% to $205.12. Las Vegas faced sharp declines: occupancy down 20.6% to 66.2%, ADR down 9.1% to $180.40, RevPAR down 27.8% to $119.51.

CoStar Reports Steady U.S. Hotel Industry Performance Results in May
