These properties are located across the Pacific Northwest, Midwest, Southeast, and Northeast regions. The hotels, averaging less than six years old, benefit from diverse demand drivers such as healthcare and corporate travel. High construction costs and limited financing options present a strategic advantage for Noble, allowing for strong cash flow and margin resilience.

PPHE Hotel Group Reports 8% Revenue Increase to £83.8m in Q1 2026, Driven by London Demand

Greene King to Sell 13 Venture Hotels in Midlands and South England for Strategic Reinvestment

🏨 Greene King is selling around 13 Venture Hotels-branded properties across the Midlands and south of England. These hotels, including Ye Olde Talbot in Worcester, offer 420 rooms combined. The group operates 2,700 sites in the UK, including 100 hotels. This move follows the abandoned sale of 39 hotels to RedCat Hospitality for £90 million in June last year. Properties will be marketed individually with Savills to reinvest in core estate priorities.
