💸 Shenzhen-based Dida Holdings and WEX have secured a 7-year partnership to optimize global travel booking payments. WEX processes approximately $90 billion in travel virtual card volume annually. Their collaboration aims to enhance conversion, accelerate settlement, and ease cross-border complexity, benefiting agencies, TMCs, tour operators, and OTAs. The initiative addresses issues from fragmented demand in travel markets, linking demand generation to transaction execution through improved distribution and payment infrastructure.

📈 Accor and Shoreline Group signed a Letter of Intent at the Africa Forward Summit 2026 in Nairobi to build Nigeria's first national hotel platform. Shoreline will invest $300 million to develop 10 hotels across eight cities, totaling over 1,200 rooms by 2030. The transaction, closed on March 31, 2026, supports Pandox's asset management strategy. Many hotels operate under long-term leases with NH Hotel Group, NUMA, and Radisson. Some properties have BREEAM “Very Good” or “Excellent” ratings, qualifying part of the loan as green financing. Pandox's portfolio is valued at approximately SEK 93 billion (€8.6 billion).

🏨 In Clarendon, Texas, Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of the 49-room Best Western Plus Red River Inn to RP & Sons, Jay and Prince Patel. The property, originally constructed in 2004, spans 2.49 acres at 902 W. 2nd St. along U.S. Highway 287. Marketed by Gordon Allred and Chris Gomes, the hotel features amenities such as a business center, indoor pool, fitness center, and meeting space, providing easy access to the Amarillo metropolitan area.
