Oaklands Hall Hotel in North Lincolnshire Listed for Sale at £1.5 Million, Offers 46 Rooms and Event Space

🏨 The Oaklands Hall Hotel in North Lincolnshire is up for sale at £1.5m. Built in 1877, the hotel features 46 en suite bedrooms and function rooms for up to 300 guests, across nearly five acres. The F&B operation, The Comfy Duck, seats 80 guests. The sale is managed by Mark Worley of Christie and Co, who previously sold the hotel 15 years ago. The listing reflects trends in hospitality and offers new owners a chance to enhance its legacy.

Victory Group Acquires Luxury Cameron House Resort on Loch Lomond from KSL Capital Partners for Undisclosed Sum

Knight Frank Appointed to Sell Mercure Hotels in Northampton and Thurrock for Frogmore and C1 Capital Joint Venture

MGM Resorts Reports Q1 2026 Revenue of $4.5 Billion; MGM China and Digital Lead Growth with 9% and 43% Increases

💰 In Q1 2026, MGM Resorts International reported $4.5 billion in consolidated net revenues, a 4% increase. Net income was $125 million, down from $149 million last year. Las Vegas Strip Resorts earned $2.2 billion, with EBITDAR down 8% to $749 million. Regional operations saw $918 million in revenue, up 2%. MGM China revenues rose by 9% to $1.1 billion. MGM Digital achieved a 43% revenue increase to $183 million, reducing losses to $26 million. MGM Northfield Park operations sold for $546 million.
