Whitbread plans £21m hotel conversion in Edinburgh city centre

Best Western strengthens its UK portfolio with new acquisitions

The Kings Arms in Christchurch joined WorldHotels Distinctive, while the 41-room Lakeland Kendal in Cumbria and Casa hotel in Yateley, Hampshire became part of the Sure Hotel Collection. BWH Hotels aims to add 100 properties in five years, seeking 20,000 UK rooms by 2029.

Tripadvisor rebounds on strong Q1 and strategic progress
