RobertDouglas Advises TPI Hospitality on Refinancing of Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach

🏖️ In July 2025, TPI Hospitality refinanced the Margaritaville Beach Resort in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. The 254-room resort, located on Estero Island, includes five dining outlets and the 60,000 sq. ft. Fins Up! Beach Club. The area is undergoing a $150 million infrastructure investment, including $100 million for Times Square revitalization. The refinancing, advised by RobertDouglas, repaid construction financing and returned equity, featuring an earn-out structure for future proceeds.

Cronheim Hotel Capital Secures Funds for Construction of AC Hotel Knoxville Downtown

🏨 Cronheim Hotel Capital (CHC) has secured $39 million for the construction of the AC Hotel Knoxville Downtown. Scheduled to open in winter 2026, the seven-story, 161-room hotel will feature a rooftop bar with panoramic city views. Developed by Vector Hospitality Inc., the project uses a creative CPACE financing structure, covering up to 75% of total project costs. Challenges in securing construction financing above 70% LTC were noted by CHC President David Turley.

Sabre finalises sale of hospitality…

TPG's newly acquired unit, Hospitality Solutions, will now function as a standalone business under TPG Capital in the U.S. and Europe. Teresa Mackintosh is appointed CEO of Hospitality Solutions, having held senior roles at Trintech and Wolters Kluwer.

Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Element Bentonville

Ikos Resorts expands portfolio with new property in Crete
