Hospitable’s new tool delivers intelligent, real-time insights and acts as the command center of STR businesses – marking the next chapter in the platform’s evolution into a short-term rental super app

SAN FRANCISCO, 27 May 2025 – Property management software Hospitable has today launched Copilot, a powerful new AI-powered tool designed to serve as the operational brain of a short-term rental business.

Copilot gives hosts and property managers the ability to instantly understand what’s happening across every aspect of their operation – from occupancy and revenue to guest sentiment, team performance, and future trends – without manually digging through dashboards, spreadsheets, messages, or reviews.

By asking questions like “Which of my listings underperformed last month?” or “What recurring complaints are guests mentioning in reviews?”, users get precise, actionable insights in plain language – powered by AI that can scan and interpret data from across their business. Copilot transforms how STR operators interact with their data, making it effortless to spot problems, surface opportunities, and make confident decisions, faster.

Copilot – currently available to Hospitable users on the Mogul plan – becomes smarter over time. As it learns from each business’s unique activity and inputs, it sharpens its ability to provide highly relevant, personalized responses – essentially functioning as a command center that evolves alongside the host’s business.

The launch of Copilot builds on a growing suite of AI-powered features Hospitable has rolled out in recent months, designed to eliminate manual tasks and deliver greater control and clarity. Auto Inbox automatically generates tailored guest replies using a combination of previous messages, listing data, and templates – freeing up time while ensuring accuracy and consistency. Guest Summaries condense past review highlights into quick, readable overviews, so hosts can respond quickly with full context. Sentiment Analysis detects tone and urgency in guest messages, flagging potential issues before they escalate. And Knowledge Hub allows users to upload property-specific information that powers all of these tools – enabling Copilot to respond with deeper, context-rich intelligence.

Together, these tools reflect Hospitable’s mission to build a truly intelligent operating system for STR operators – one that uses AI not just to automate tasks, but to elevate strategic decision-making.

Copilot marks the latest step in Hospitable’s evolution from a PMS to a short-term rental super app, offering a fully integrated suite of tools that help self-managers, co-hosts, and property managers oversee every element of their business.

This continued product innovation and reliability has earned Hospitable some of the industry’s highest honors: it holds Airbnb Preferred+ Software Partner status for 2025 – a designation awarded to the most advanced and trusted software providers in the ecosystem – and is recognized as a Booking.com Premier Partner, a title reserved for the top 30% of global partners delivering outstanding performance, integrations, and guest experience.

Hospitable was also named Short-Term Rental PMS Platform of the Year at the 2025 TravelTech Breakthrough Awards, further cementing its position as a leader in vacation rental technology.

Pierre-Camille Hamana, CEO and Founder of Hospitable, said: “We built Copilot because the complexity of managing a short-term rental business has outpaced the capabilities of most tools on the market. Hosts are expected to be analysts, marketers, customer service reps, and operations managers all at once – and they’re drowning in data spread across inboxes, spreadsheets, dashboards, and booking platforms. With Copilot, we’re changing that. It doesn’t just surface information; it connects the dots, highlights what matters most, and helps you make sharper decisions, faster.”
