Hospitality operator exceeds original 600 hour savings target by five times through finance and operational workflow automation

Wilmington, Delaware – RobosizeME, a leading provider of AI-enabled workflow automation solutions tailored to hotel groups, today announced that a luxury-focused U.S. hotel group has surpassed 3,000 hours saved per month through an ongoing hospitality automation initiative, significantly exceeding the organization’s original goal of saving 600 monthly operational hours.

The hotel group, which operates a portfolio of luxury and lifestyle properties across major U.S. destinations, implemented workflow automations designed to streamline finance, reconciliation, and back-office operational processes. The initiative is part of a broader operational efficiency strategy focused on reducing repetitive administrative work and improving process consistency across multiple departments.

The automation deployment includes solutions supporting commission reconciliation with travel agencies and online travel agencies, complimentary room management, travel partner billing, purchase order processing, and finance-related processes tied to payments and virtual credit cards.

Impact highlights:

  • More than 3,000 operational hours saved per month
  • More than five times the original 600 hour savings target
  • Automation spanning finance, reconciliation, complimentary room management, and partner billing
  • Support for leaner back-office teams while maintaining service standards across luxury properties

“One of the biggest opportunities in hospitality automation is eliminating the manual operational work that slows down finance and administrative teams,” said Greg Berman, Managing Director, North America at RobosizeME. “What started as a project targeting 600 hours of savings per month quickly expanded as additional departments identified opportunities to automate repetitive workflows.”

The expanded automation initiative now supports multiple operational functions across the hotel group’s organization, helping teams improve processing speed, reduce manual data handling, and increase operational visibility across finance and reconciliation workflows.

Hospitality operators continue to face increasing pressure to improve operational efficiency while maintaining service standards and supporting leaner back-office teams. Automation initiatives focused on finance and administrative workflows are becoming an increasingly important area of investment for enterprise hotel organizations.

RobosizeME plans to highlight additional hospitality automation projects and workflow optimization initiatives during HITEC 2026.
