IHG Hotels & Resorts Launches New Collection Brand

🏨 InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) launched the Noted Collection, its 21st brand and 11th new brand in 11 years, aimed at upscale to upper upscale hotel conversions. CEO Elie Maalouf highlighted the strong owner interest in this brand. IHG aims for 150 Noted Collection hotels globally in the next decade, starting in the EMEAA region. Noted Collection focuses on individual hotel experiences with unique stories, curated guest experiences, and insightful service.

Code relaunches The Loft with Japanese capsules

🛌 Code, a boutique hotel provider, reopened The Loft on Rose Street, Edinburgh, in 2025 after an extensive refurbishment. The project introduced the UK’s first full-height Japanese-style capsule beds, inspired by a management team trip to Tokyo. Liverpool’s Cooper’s Building to become 148-unit aparthotel

The Chambray Begins Construction

AC Marriott Hotel Ann Arbor Downtown Opens

Guests can enjoy the AC Lounge & Kitchen, a 500-square-foot boardroom, and pet-friendly amenities. It's the first AC Hotel in Ann Arbor and the fourth in Michigan, expanding the brand in the Midwest.

hihotels Announces Addition of Three Converted Properties

DSM and Stafford begin construction on The Chambray

Minor Hotels profit growth jumps 32% in 2025

🏨 Minor Hotels reported a 32% rise in core profits to THB 6.8bn (£161m) for 2025. Revenues hit THB 133.2bn (£3.1m), with group sales up 4% to THB 166.1bn (£3.9m).
