🏘️ In Utah, Masastudio completed a 12,001-square-foot villa at Amangiri resort. Situated near Arizona's Page, it's surrounded by iconic sites like Horseshoe Bend. This six-bedroom villa features an outdoor terrace with a 35-meter pool. Constructed from concrete mixed with local sand, it integrates into the landscape. With retractable glass walls, skylights, and minimalist interiors, it emphasizes privacy and harmony with nature. Designed by Marwan Al-Sayed and Mies Anderson, it's inspired by the region's natural beauty.

🏨 Langham Hospitality Group plans to open The Langham, Ningbo, in Xiushui Street, Haishu District. Set to be the third Langham hotel in Ningbo, it will feature 75 rooms, a destination bar, fitness facilities, and T’ang Court, its first Michelin-starred restaurant in Zhejiang Province. Located near Tianyi Pavilion and Ningbo Confucian Temple, the hotel will blend restored historic architecture with modern design. The project emphasizes cultural preservation and Ningbo's growth as a business and leisure hub.

🏨 Indianapolis Marriott East completed a $25 million renovation of 315 guestrooms and 90,000 sq ft of meeting space, adding a new pool and updated fitness center. The Skylight Bistro & Wine Bar now offers a revamped menu by executive chef Manny Hodge. The hotel features 497 rooms and is located near Downtown Indianapolis, Lucas Oil Stadium, and Bottleworks District. General Manager Timothy Wagner emphasizes the hotel's role as a community hub.

🏨 Ambros Daytona, a 50-room boutique hotel, has joined Wyndham’s Trademark Collection in Daytona Beach, Florida. Developed by Louis S. Caiola, Graham Jones, and Gregory Jones, it features Queen and King Family Suites, with custom murals by Christopher Nebel. The hotel underwent interior upgrades including a new seawall, pool, and cafe. Co-founders Caiola and Jones emphasize its upscale, boutique experience that celebrates Daytona Beach’s coast.

🏨 Expected in July 2027, the future Golden Tulip Gdańsk Old Town will open with 300+ rooms in Wyspa Spichrzów, Gdańsk. This complements the Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence, opened in 2016 with 195 units. Louvre Hotels Group's Polish presence includes clusters in Warsaw, Kraków, Kołobrzeg, Międzyzdroje, and Wrocław. Their total will surpass 2,000 rooms post-Gdańsk project. In France, 200 hotels will be renovated by 2025, with €300 million invested for 80% modernization by 2028.

🍴 Foxhills Club and Resort in Surrey will launch its £1.5 million Manor House dining experience on April 2, featuring the Lomri restaurant and Manor Lounge and Bar. Chef Achal Aggarwal, appointed February last year, will lead Lomri, a space for 80 diners. Over 300 hospitality professionals will support the opening. The venue merges historical and modern design elements, continuing a multi-million-pound improvement program at the resort.

🏨 Atwell, IHG’s lifestyle brand, expands in Greater China with its second hotel, Atwell Hefei City Center, following Atwell Suites Shanghai Wuning. Located in Hefei's commercial district, near Bao Xiaosu Ancestral Hall, the hotel offers 168 stylish guestrooms. Atwell's “new territorial home” concept blends local culture and smart technology for an immersive guest experience. Future expansions include Suzhou, Nanjing, and Guangzhou, aiming to deliver quality, personalized travel experiences.

📍 IHG Hotels & Resorts partners with Eros Group to open InterContinental Eros New Delhi Nehru Place by 2029. Positioned in Nehru Place, this luxury hotel will feature 216 rooms, diverse dining options, and expansive meeting spaces, including a royal ballroom and outdoor lawn. This signing enhances IHG’s luxury presence in India, aligning with its strategy to expand its portfolio. The brand operates 237 hotels globally with over 102 properties in development.

🏨 Amora Hotels & Resorts will debut in Adelaide on 1 July with Amora Adelaide. The hotel, located on Victoria Square, will undergo a major redevelopment, including a redesign by Cottee Parker. The transformation includes 380 guest rooms, a 660sqm grand ballroom, and over 2,200sqm of function space. Dining will feature Victoria’s Table and a revamped Coal Cellar + Grill. Full renovations will finish by mid-2027, enhancing luxury hospitality in the heart of Adelaide.
