The Hoxton set for Madrid opening next year

🏨 Ennismore plans to open The Hoxton, Madrid in 2026 at Plaza de Santa Ana, marking its second Spanish location after Barcelona (opened 2022). The hotel will feature 192 rooms, an all-day coffee bar, Il Bambini Club, and rooftop bar Cayo Coco. Refurbishment is led by Petra AM and Urban Input Group. Part of Ennismore’s global expansion, other future openings include Oslo, Kraków, Hamburg, Melbourne, and Nashville.

Hilton Strengthens Footprint in the ‘City of Pearls’ With the Second Hilton Hotels & Resorts Signing in Hyderabad

🏨 Hilton to open a new hotel in Hyderabad's Gachibowli district by January 2029. Partnering with Shree Venkateshwara Hotels, the hotel will feature 304 rooms, approximately 62,000 square feet of event space, and one of the city's largest convention centers. Hyderabad's GDP is approximately $94 billion, with over 110 million square feet of Grade A office space. Hilton plans to expand to 300 hotels in South Asia over the next decade, aiming to double its presence in India.

Omakase Room expands to Washington, D.C., with chef Tadayoshi Motoa at the helm

🍴 New York City's the Group Hospitality expanded to Washington, D.C., with the Omakase Room by Tadayoshi on September 27. This is their third D.C. restaurant and fourth Omakase location overall. Chef Tadayoshi Motoa, known for Michelin-starred Restaurant Toki in Madrid, oversees a 20-course menu with a $200 prix fixe. The minimalist 12-seat space at 14th and G Street N.W. offers 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. seatings.

Delano Prepares To Debut in Miami, New York, and London
