Designed by AvroKO and EPR Architects, it includes the UK’s first Six Senses Place. Foster + Partners lead the transformation of the 1863 site, blending heritage and sustainability. IHG's strategic project aims to optimize capital and enhance its European luxury portfolio, with a focus on sustainable, experience-led hospitality.

Surya Hotels completes £5m refurb of Great Hallingbury Manor

🏨 Surya Hotels completed a £5 million refurbishment of Great Hallingbury Manor near Bishop’s Stortford, five minutes from Stansted Airport. The 18-month project added a lake-view restaurant, upgraded conference spaces, and two woodland lodges, with plans for four more. The hotel now features 50 bedrooms, including three new suites, and a redesigned garden room restaurant. Interior design was led by Jayne Nelson Interiors, with bespoke features. The Hoxton set for Madrid opening next year

Hilton Strengthens Footprint in the ‘City of Pearls’ With the Second Hilton Hotels & Resorts Signing in Hyderabad

🏨 Hilton to open a new hotel in Hyderabad's Gachibowli district by January 2029. Partnering with Shree Venkateshwara Hotels, the hotel will feature 304 rooms, approximately 62,000 square feet of event space, and one of the city's largest convention centers. Hyderabad's GDP is approximately $94 billion, with over 110 million square feet of Grade A office space. Hilton plans to expand to 300 hotels in South Asia over the next decade, aiming to double its presence in India.
