🏨 Sheraton Grand London Park Lane in Mayfair reopened its Palm Court Lounge and Bar after a major renovation, unveiling 1920s-inspired interiors by Areen Design. The historic venue, which opened in 1927, retains its Art Deco charm with features like a stained-glass dome and a brass-edged marble bar. Live piano performances occur Thursday to Sunday. Head pastry chef Biju Joshwa introduced a new afternoon tea menu, while revised cocktails nod to Mayfair's interwar era. The hotel prepares for its centenary in 2027.

🏨 Kinsfolk and Co will open The Newman hotel in Fitzrovia, London, on 1 February 2026. The hotel will feature 81 rooms, suites, and apartments styled in contemporary Art Deco, with a rooftop suite offering a terrace, sauna, and ice plunge. Opened by Paul Brackley and managed by Oliver Milne-Watson, the hotel will also include the Brasserie Angelica and Gambit Bar. Wellness facilities and collaborations with brands like Nuori and KLORIS enhance the experience. Staff were recruited through Saira Hospitality's pop-up school.

📍 France, Italy, and Morocco will host new Radisson hotels in 2026. Banke Opéra Paris opens in Q3 with 90 rooms, a Belle Époque façade, and a Gustave Eiffel staircase. Radisson Blu CDG Airport Hotel opens in January, featuring 305 rooms and 1,500 m² meeting space. Cannes sees a 100-room seaside hotel. La Baule offers a spa-focused retreat. Italy’s Palazzo San Gottardo reopens in Q1 with 72 lake-view rooms. Casablanca’s Lincoln reopens in late 2026 as a heritage hotel.

🏖 Kona Village, Hawai‘i, in partnership with BARK Air, offers a unique canine-and-human retreat from March 15-19 and May 13-17, 2026. This experience features four-night luxury stays, dog-friendly activities, and expert support. Flights between Los Angeles and Kona accommodate ten humans and their dogs with custom services. Guests enjoy Hawaiian hospitality, special cocktails, and dog-forward culinary experiences. This collaboration enhances hospitality by creating inclusive travel experiences for dogs and their families.

📍 Luxury hotel brand Brionj will manage Venari Lodges, a boutique resort in Janja Gora, Croatia, opening in 2027 near Plitvice Lakes National Park. The resort, set in a private hunting reserve, will feature about 60 lodges, dining areas, and a wellness space, emphasizing sustainability with a “nature-to-table” approach. Licensed rangers will guide tours. This expansion enhances Brionj's presence in Central Europe, appealing to travelers seeking remote, nature-based stays.

🏖 Hilton and RMKA Private Company will open Sandblu Santorini in Kamari, Greece, in summer 2026, marking LXR Hotels & Resorts' entry into the country. Located near Ancient Thira, the resort will feature 66 rooms, suites, and villas, with one-third offering private pools. Facilities include two infinity pools, a spa, a fitness studio, a yoga garden, and dining by Rockwell Group. The site is near Santorini International Airport, enhancing accessibility to the Cycladic islands.

🏡 Accor and Kajima Development Pte Ltd are launching Raffles Residences Bali in Jimbaran, a community of 28 luxury homes on a 5.3-hectare estate. Scheduled to open in Q2 2026, the homes range from 502 square meters with ocean and cliff views. Designed by Kajima and partners, the residences integrate natural terrain and feature infinity pools and sustainable materials. Located 20 minutes from Denpasar Airport, the project is Green Globe Certified and offers full access to Raffles Bali facilities.

🏨 Barrière Collection, formerly Barrière Hotels, rebrands its portfolio into four categories: Signature, Heritage, Address, and Premium. Founded in 1912, the group operates in French locales like Deauville and Cannes, and internationally in Paris and New York, with new sites in Courchevel and Saint-Barth. Maison Barrière Príncipe Real opens in Lisbon in 2026. The Premium Collection includes Cannes, Lille, Ribeauvillé, and Enghien-les-Bains. This repositioning aims to blend heritage and modern hospitality.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts will open the InterContinental Prague in the first half of 2029, marking the brand's return to the Czech capital. Located at Jeruzalemska 8 in Prague 1, the 137-key hotel will occupy a historic building from 1839. Managed by Generali Real Estate, it provides easy access to Prague’s main attractions and transportation hubs. Guests will enjoy a spa, restaurant, and conference facilities. This project strengthens IHG’s luxury portfolio in Europe.

🏖 Aimbridge Hospitality has added the 335-key voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort by IHG in Port St. Lucie, Florida to its portfolio. The $50 million renovation, starting early 2026, will transform the property with refreshed guest rooms, six dining concepts, and expanded amenities. Owned by Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings LLC, the resort will feature sports facilities and meeting spaces. Located 45 minutes from Palm Beach, it’s the first U.S. all-inclusive under this brand.
