🏨 TRIBE London Canary Wharf will launch a wellness-focused stay package in January 2026, offering access to Third Space Recovery Spa. 🏨 Hideaway Inns opened its second property in New England at Mount Snow Resort, Vermont, featuring 27 rooms. Managed by Revival Hotels, it offers communal spaces, coworking, a sauna, and mobile check-in via propriety tech. Guests access the HI Innsider Guide for local tips. CEO Saxton Sharad highlights the blend of modern design and technology. Future plans include openings in Lenox, Massachusetts (2026), Sugar Hill, New Hampshire, targeting 25+ properties in five years.

🏨 Louvre Hotels Group opened the Kyriad L’Isle-d’Abeau with 53 rooms, near A43 highway, L’Isle-d’Abeau station, and a commercial zone. A restaurant, in partnership with Giorgio e Basta, will open soon. Louvre has over 1,750 hotels in 70 countries, with Kyriad having more than 500 3-star hotels. New partner Jean-François Moughamian joins to expand, including a Golden Tulip in 2027 at Bourgoin-Jallieu.

🏖 Capella, formerly L’Hermine residence since 1967, Avoriaz, has been refurbished to 4-star standards by Pierre & Vacances. It features 30 sqm apartments for up to 4 guests, with bespoke furniture and modern amenities. This project reflects a strategy for sustainable, integrated, premium mountain residences amid rising construction costs and land scarcity. Capella aligns with Pierre & Vacances' transformation strategy toward 2030, focusing on asset quality and local partnerships for enhanced guest experiences.

🏖️ Club Med's upcoming resort, Club Med Tremblant, is set to open in Mont-Tremblant, Québec by 2028. This will be their second Canadian location after the 2021 Québec Charlevoix opening. The project involves Alderan and Station Mont-Tremblant, featuring an all-inclusive Alpine Chalet-style resort with ski-in/ski-out access and summer activities. Pursuing LEED and Green Globe certifications, the development aligns with environmental and cultural standards, supporting local tourism and offering ski school programs from November 2025.

🏨 Hilton has opened its 27th hotel in Colombia, York Medellin, Curio Collection by Hilton, in the El Poblado district, featuring 111 suites. This marks the debut of the Curio brand in Medellin, joining prior locations in Cartagena and Bogota. Opened in 2025, the hotel offers a rooftop infinity pool, Henko Spa, and dining options like Nomade Restaurant. It supports Hilton's growth strategy in Latin America, with 300 hotels operating and over 150 properties in development.

🏨 Commonwealth Hotels opened Tru by Hilton Norwalk Des Moines near Des Moines International Airport, offering amenities like a build-your-own breakfast bar and a modern fitness center. In November 2024, they also added TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Clarksville, Tennessee, and are planning a ribbon-cutting for Staybridge Suites Miramar Beach Sandestin Area in Florida. 🏨 Premier Inn opened an 84-bedroom hotel in Hastings on December 12, 2025, located on Cornwallis Street. Officially opened by MP Helena Dollimore, the development replaced a former car park, spanning 3,000 square meters and constructed in 15 months. This project created 25 jobs. Whitbread contributed £9,000 to local charities, and the hotel team engaged in community activities. Premier Inn plans further expansions in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, and Rye.

🏨 Dominus has secured approval in September 2025 to convert a telephone exchange on Judd Street, Camden, into a 240-bed hotel. Designed by Stiff + Trevillion, the project retains 80% of the building’s framework and aims for BREEAM Excellent standards. The ground floor will include a public restaurant, café, and bar. Dominus Hospitality will manage the hotel, creating over 100 jobs and launching the Camden Hospitality Academy with Springboard Charity and Hilton.
