🏨 **Hyatt Hotels Corporation** is marking the 45th anniversary of Park Hyatt in 2025, with recent expansions across various regions. **Park Hyatt Marrakech** opened on July 1, 2024, with 130 rooms. **London’s River Thames** location debuted on October 8, 2024, with 203 rooms. **Johannesburg** and **Kuala Lumpur** opened in 2025, with 31 and 252 rooms, respectively. Upcoming openings include **Tokyo** (December 2025), **Los Cabos** (late 2025), and multiple locations in 2026, including **Phu Quoc**, **Cancun**, **Mexico City**, and **Vancouver**.

🏠 Amano Group acquired Waterman House, 41 Kingsway, on September 29, 2023, to convert it into a 70-room boutique hotel. Located near Covent Garden, the 25,000 sq ft building has been vacant for nearly 10 years. This acquisition, part of a partnership with Excellion Capital, brings Amano’s London investment to approximately £150 million. The project will feature guest accommodation and a ground-floor food retail unit. The building was formerly owned by Regal Hotels International Holdings.

📍 Bob W, in Munich's Arnulfpark, secures a long-term lease for their fifth city location, covering 1,500 square meters in a building on Lilli-Palmer-Strasse. Opening this winter, it features studio and one-bedroom apartments. Located near Donnersbergerbrücke station, the property supports corporate and leisure travel, with a refurbishment slated for 2026. The building is owned by Peterborough Capital and managed by DW Real Estate. Bob W will showcase at Expo Real, October 6-8, 2025.

🏨 Tru by Hilton Goodlettsville Nashville opens under Resolute Road Hospitality, featuring 98 rooms. 🏨 Located along I-65, it offers easy access to downtown Nashville and attractions like Mansker’s Station. Amenities include rolling desks, spacious bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, and a fitness center. It is owned by SHIV SAI Hospitality Group, Inc. and offers corporate and leisure guests proximity to Dollar General's HQ. This expansion marks Hilton's growth in the Nashville area.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts is expanding its Garner brand in the UK and Ireland with six new hotels. The Garner Hotel London Paddington, with 149 rooms, is set to open in late 2026. Recent openings include 80-room Garner Hotel Preston Samlesbury and 195-room Garner Hotel Edinburgh – Haymarket. The brand now has more than 51 open hotels and 87 in development globally, with ten in the UK. Garner focuses on midscale conversions, offering value and efficiency for owners.

🏨 Caledonian Leisure acquired the 104-bedroom Broadway Park Hotel in Sandown, Isle of Wight, renaming it The Caledonian Island Hotel. Scheduled to reopen in February 2026, it joins five other properties in the Caledonian Hotel Collection. The company recently invested in The Caledonian Thistle Hotel in Callander, reopened in August, with 2025 occupancy surpassing expectations. Local recruitment for the Isle of Wight property will begin, enhancing hospitality services.

🏨 Auberge Collection, a luxury hotel and resort portfolio, has rebranded from Auberge Resorts Collection to signify its expansion into urban markets. The rebranding occurs ahead of the Spring 2025 opening of Cambridge House in Mayfair, London. Recent and upcoming openings include Collegio alla Querce in Florence, The Woodward in Geneva, and several properties in Dallas, Miami Beach, Houston, and Puerto Rico.
