Owned by Ishan and Binoy Patel of SAI RAM Galleria LLC, the 146-room hotel caters to long-term stays with amenities like full kitchens, free WiFi, and a fitness room. Located near major corporations and healthcare centers, the property aims to meet demands in this high-barrier, high-demand area. It's designed for both business and leisure travelers and offers free parking and breakfast.

🏨 Thackeray Group launched Onefifty Fenchurch, a 33-apartment luxury aparthotel at 150 Fenchurch Street, after a £12 million, 24-month conversion. Located near Fenchurch Street Station, it features studios and one-bedroom apartments (17-31 sq m) with kitchenettes, walk-in showers, and air conditioning. Shared amenities include a gym, yoga studio, work studios, and a lounge. Falconer Chester Hall led architecture, and Studio Mark Andrew designed the interiors. Operated by Vertiq Hospitality Partners, it offers 24-hour support.

🏖 The Nici group plans two luxury coastal hotels opening in summer 2026: The Nici Newquay, converting Hotel Victoria into an 82-room clifftop hotel with spa and cinema, and The Nici New Forest in Lymington, transforming Elmers Court Hotel into a 118-bedroom retreat on 23 acres. Located 1 hour 45 minutes from London, both hotels feature wellness centers, dining, and fitness studios, targeting the UK staycation market. 🏖 Accor plans to open La Citadelle Vauban de Belle-Île-en-Mer in France as part of its Emblems Collection by Q2 2027. This historic site will feature 90 rooms, including 22 suites and 9 apartments, along with two restaurants, a bar, and a 2,000 sqm wellness facility. The project aims to balance tourism and heritage preservation, creating a sustainable financial model. By 2032, Emblems Collection aims to expand to 60 properties worldwide.
