🏨 NewcrestImage opened The Elmore Hotel in Southlake, Texas, after a year-long renovation. The 175-room, four-story property is now part of Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio and managed by Coury Hospitality. Originally built in 2016, it offers 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a fitness center, and a pool. Located 10 minutes from DFW Airport, it's a community hub with dining options like Sagewind restaurant. NewcrestImage, active since 2013, has completed $3 billion in hotel transactions.

🏨 Coury Hospitality opened the Hilton Garden Inn LAX Los Angeles Airport after renovating and converting the 280-room property from a La Quinta by Wyndham. Located one mile from Los Angeles International Airport, the 10-story hotel is near SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, and the Kia Forum. It offers quick access to beach cities and downtown Los Angeles. Owned by NewcrestImage, the hotel features newly redesigned rooms with updated technology, blending modern style with comfort.

🍕 Ria’s Soho, a Detroit-style pizza and wine bar, launches on 1st November 2025 in London’s Soho, offering 50% off food from 1st to 3rd November. The new site, designed with Nothing is Not Nothing, continues the legacy of Notting Hill with a 38-cover space over two floors, featuring an open kitchen and wine cave. Co-founders Ria and David Morgan-Ratcliffe expand their brand with their signature pizza and a curated list of natural wines.

🍳 Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, in partnership with The Clermont Hotel Group, will open the UK's first Hell's Kitchen at The Cumberland Hotel, London, in Spring 2026. Located at Marble Arch, this site will join eight existing locations, having served over one million Beef Wellingtons globally since 2018. The restaurant will feature an open kitchen and a contemporary bar, offering signature dishes and innovative cocktails, all within a hotel boasting 900 bedrooms and extensive event spaces.

🍳 Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global will open the UK’s first Hell’s Kitchen at the Cumberland Hotel, Marble Arch, in spring 2026. This marks the start of a multi-venue partnership with Clermont Hotel Group. The concept combines open-kitchen theatre with signature dishes like Beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding. The Cumberland hosts the new restaurant with 900 bedrooms and meeting spaces. Hell's Kitchen, first launched in Las Vegas in 2018, has expanded to eight locations globally.

🍴 In May 2025, Cameron House in Loch Lomond opened Loma, a fine dining restaurant led by chef Graeme Cheevers. The 45-cover venue sources 60% of its ingredients from an on-site garden, supporting its sustainability efforts. Loma offers an eight-course tasting menu featuring dishes like Hamachi Kingfish. 🛀 AIRE Ancient Baths Tribeca expanded by 5,600 square feet in New York, now covering 16,600 square feet. Opened in 2012, the location features four new baths, including a hot plunge (104°F), cold plunge (55°F), and a flotarium (98°F). The Tribeca flagship includes 11 massage rooms and offers body treatments. The ceiling height reaches 20 feet, enhancing the grandeur. AIRE has locations in Chicago, London, and more, with a Los Angeles opening in 2026.

🏝️ Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita is set to reveal its largest renovation in 16 years this November. Spearheaded by 1508 London, the project transforms all accommodations, including the presidential suite and multi-bedroom villas, and the resort's spa. Elastic leads the redesign of eight F&B spaces featuring diverse cuisines. The design blends elegance with cultural authenticity, embodying Mauritius' beauty through natural materials and vibrant accents inspired by local heritage.

🏨 Valor Hospitality Partners, based in Atlanta, announced they are managing three Hilton properties: The American Hotel (315 rooms) in downtown Atlanta, DoubleTree Atlanta - Roswell (174 rooms), and DoubleTree Atlanta - Alpharetta (90 rooms). Their responsibilities include strategic planning and operational management. The partnership with RADCO expands Valor's influence in Atlanta. The American Hotel is notable for being Atlanta's first racially integrated hotel, featuring Social 62 Restaurant & Lounge, managed by Valor’s food and beverage division, SAVOR.

🍷 In September 2025, Appellation Healdsburg opened in Northern California's Sonoma County, marking Appellation's first ground-up project. Spread over 8.5 acres, the 108-room hotel includes two pools, 15,500 sq. ft. of event space, and culinary gardens. Guests can enjoy two dining venues: Folia Bar & Kitchen, and Andy’s Beeline Rooftop. The property offers 11 event spaces, hosting up to 500 guests, and plans 50+ annual workshops. Founded by chef Charlie Palmer and Christopher Hunsberger, it showcases local culinary and cultural experiences.
