For 2026, four new hotels are planned in Ibiza, Barcelona, New York, and Peñíscola. By 2029, nine more openings are scheduled, including their first Asia location in Vietnam.

🏨 PRIMESTAR Group, with Hilton, will launch a luxury hotel, Hilton Hamburg Elbtower, by 2029. Situated in Hamburg's Elbtower, it will include 195 rooms and suites. This marks Hilton's Hamburg debut and PRIMESTAR's entry into five-star hospitality. The project aligns with Smart City Hamburg, featuring a fully digital guest experience. The consortium, led by Dieter Becken, awarded the project. The digital infrastructure involves at-visions and swissnet Group.

🏢 Angsana Golf Residences Topaz, unveiled by Banyan Group Residences, is located in Laguna Phuket, Thailand. This branded residential development comprises three low-rise buildings with two- and three-bedroom units, penthouses, and exclusive amenities. Situated minutes from Bang Tao Beach, it spans over 1,000 acres. 🏟 IHG Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Canyon Global Partners to develop Six Senses Camp Korongo, a 480-acre resort near Kanab, Utah, set to open in 2029. The resort will feature 41 tented pavilions and 12 branded residences, with views of Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon National Parks. Activities include hiking and stargazing. 🏨 Oak Brook, Illinois—Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook is renovating its guestrooms and corridors, set to complete by early May 2026. Managed by Davidson Hospitality, the redesign involves DLR Group, Grumman Butkus, and Elements of Hospitality. Updates include preserved hardwood floors, modern furnishings, and enhanced lighting. The hotel, a former corporate campus, remains open with 30,000 square feet of event space, a spa, and an indoor pool. Renovation embraces original architecture with contemporary materials.

🏨 Azul Hospitality Group opened the Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles in Arcadia, California, near the Santa Anita Racetrack. This full-service hotel features 173 rooms, 17,800 sq. ft. of event space, and three dining outlets, including a rooftop restaurant. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and business hub. According to Mark Crisci, the hotel supports long-term value through its location, brand, and diverse revenue streams.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group launched Radisson RED Indore on MR-10 Road, featuring 115 rooms and suites, a fitness center, and a rooftop infinity pool. 🏠 Pendry Residences Mexico City has launched sales for 20 fully furnished units in Roma Norte, opening in 2027. Located within the Pendry hotel, residents will access amenities like a rooftop pool and Spa Pendry. 🏨 Loews Hotels & Co, June 2026, Arlington, Texas. Americana by Loews Hotels will replace Sheraton Arlington Hotel. Construction begins post-demolition with a "ground-shaking event" in early June. Americana will be Loews' 28th property, echoing the 1956 Americana Hotel in Bal Harbour, Fla. It will feature 507 guestrooms, 39 suites, and 83,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space. Loews' Arlington campus will total 1,695 rooms and 374,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space.

🏖 Starwood Hotels unveils plans for 1 Hotel & Homes Hudson Valley on Fifth Lake, Ulster County, N.Y. The development spans 775 acres, featuring orchards, caves, and three lakes. Residences are set for sale in summer 2026, with the resort opening in 2028. The site, once Williams Lake Hotel, is now largely a nature preserve. The resort will host 100 rooms, with design by ODA, and include dining, wellness, and outdoor activities.
