Located within the Pendry hotel, residents will access amenities like a rooftop pool and Spa Pendry. Pendry's portfolio includes properties in Barbados, Nashville, Natirar, Park City, Punta Mita, and Tampa.

🏨 Loews Hotels & Co, June 2026, Arlington, Texas. Americana by Loews Hotels will replace Sheraton Arlington Hotel. Construction begins post-demolition with a "ground-shaking event" in early June. Americana will be Loews' 28th property, echoing the 1956 Americana Hotel in Bal Harbour, Fla. It will feature 507 guestrooms, 39 suites, and 83,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space. Loews' Arlington campus will total 1,695 rooms and 374,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space.

🏖 Starwood Hotels unveils plans for 1 Hotel & Homes Hudson Valley on Fifth Lake, Ulster County, N.Y. The development spans 775 acres, featuring orchards, caves, and three lakes. Residences are set for sale in summer 2026, with the resort opening in 2028. The site, once Williams Lake Hotel, is now largely a nature preserve. The resort will host 100 rooms, with design by ODA, and include dining, wellness, and outdoor activities.

🏗️ Loews Hotels & Co will launch Americana by Loews Hotels as its 28th property in Arlington, Texas. Starting construction this summer, it will replace the Sheraton Arlington Hotel, which will be demolished in early June. The hotel will feature 507 guestrooms, including 39 suites, and provide over 83,000 square feet of meeting space, such as a 17,337-square-foot Grand Ballroom and a 10,000-square-foot Event Barn.

🏨 HALL Arts Hotel in Dallas, Texas, joined Marriott Bonvoy's Autograph Collection, placing it among over 340 independent hotels globally. Owned by HALL Group and managed by Coury Hospitality, the hotel features a curated contemporary art collection. Enhancements include refreshed lobby and guestrooms, and a new restaurant, Astra Kitchen + Lounge, opening in early March with a bistro menu. Guests can earn Marriott Bonvoy points and enjoy art-focused experiences, including in-room art discovery.

🏖 Castello Sgr, through the HIIP, acquired the Calampiso Resort in Sicily, located between Trapani and Palermo. The resort covers 150,000 square meters with over 250 rooms, featuring restaurants and conference facilities. A €100 million investment will transform it into an ultra-luxury destination, reopening in 2029. This marks Castello Sgr's first investment in Sicily, furthering their strategy of focusing on high tourism potential locations with a sustainable, quality-oriented approach.

🏨 Toro Development Company (TDC) partners with Mainsail Lodging & Development for a 150-key lifestyle hotel at Medley, scheduled to open in 2028. Located at Johns Creek, Georgia, Medley opens October 29 with 883 residences, 164,000 sq. ft. of retail, and 110,000 sq. ft. of office space. The hotel will feature a signature restaurant, 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, and resort amenities. Medley will host 200 events annually, including wellness classes and art festivals.

📍 BWH Hotels plans to add over 200 hotels in 2025, becoming the second-largest soft brand operator with new expansions in Sacramento, Kansas City, Thousand Oaks, and more. Key 2025 openings include wellness and glamping sites in Colorado and Utah. By 2026, BWH will have over 230 international properties, focusing on growth in India, South Korea, Vietnam, France, Italy, Saudi Arabia, and Latin America, with 11 new projects in Saudi Arabia and 40 in Latin America.

The 2800-square-foot Murie Ballroom received new decor, and Chill Spa added a cold plunge tub and infrared sauna. 🎭 Bristol Hoteliers Association announced that the YTL Arena Bristol, a 20,000-capacity venue in North Bristol, will open in 2028 at the Brabazon Hangars. Initially set for 2022, its completion is now anticipated to boost local businesses. The venue will be in the top five largest in Europe and includes a train station with an 11-minute journey to central Bristol. The hospitality sector anticipates economic growth, with past events in Cardiff already benefiting Bristol hotels.
