Originally opened in 1926, the building preserves its historic stone cornices. A meeting room, Sala Cavour, spans 40 square meters, seating 20 people. 🏨 CHEVY CHASE, Maryland—PM Hotel Group opened Hilton Garden Inn Merced in Merced, California. Positioned near UC Merced and downtown, it caters to business and leisure travelers. The hotel offers contemporary guestrooms, event space, and dining amenities. Paul Sacco, chief growth and development officer, highlighted Merced’s economic growth, emphasizing the hotel's strategic importance. 📍 Columbia Hospitality, on February 1, 2026, in Seattle, Washington, will manage Hotel 1000, located downtown near Pike Place Market and the waterfront. The hotel features 120 rooms, including 36 suites and a 2,000-square-foot presidential suite. Amenities include The Nineteenth, a Topgolf Swing Suite, All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar, and Rosebay cocktail bar.
