🏖️ Scheduled to open in summer 2026 in Kamari, Santorini, Sandblu will be Greece's first LXR property with 36 rooms, suites, and villas, including 29 with private pools. The resort will feature wellness amenities like two infinity pools, a spa, and a yoga garden. Dining offerings include six venues and an off-site restaurant with views of the Santorini Caldera. The LXR brand emphasizes design-led, individualized luxury, aligning with Hilton's high-end strategy.

🏨 B&B HOTELS CNE, partnering with GARBE Commercial Living, plans to develop 30 new hotels across six European countries, including Germany, Austria, and Poland. This initiative aims to support their goal of over 500 hotels in the CNE region by 2030. 🏨 Hilton opened the Hilton Quang Hanh Onsen Resort in Quang Ninh, Vietnam, on March 26, 2026. The resort features 178 villas and 38 rooms, each with a private onsen. Located 30 minutes from Ha Long and 2.5 hours from Hanoi, it offers access to Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh with 27 onsen baths. Hilton, with 21 hotels in Vietnam, plans to double its portfolio, enhancing its presence in the region.

🏨 March 26, 2026, in Mumbai, IHCL announced a new Taj hotel in Weligama, Sri Lanka. This greenfield project includes 220 keys, with 80 luxury apartments. The beachfront resort offers a variety of dining options, a wellness center, and extensive event spaces over 9,000 sq. ft. Weligama, known for its surf-friendly waters, is emerging as a top destination. IHCL partners with Beryll Group to enhance luxury hospitality in the region.
