🏖 Stonebridge, a management company, added Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe in Montgomery, Texas, to its portfolio. This 186-acre resort features 335 rooms, including 32 cottages and 303 suites. Amenities include 60,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space, eight dining options, a fitness center, spa, tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, a three-acre waterpark, and an 80-slip marina. Stonebridge aims to enhance cash flow and performance, aligning with its integrated resort model.

🏨 Hotel Heron in Alexandria, VA, has joined Curio Collection by Hilton. Managed by Aparium Hotel Group, the 134-room hotel is located in Old Town Alexandria, about eight miles from Washington, D.C. It includes the KILN restaurant, a craft cocktail bar, and a rooftop venue. This marks the second Curio Collection hotel in the DMV region.
