📍 Ennismore has signed for Delano SoHo New York and Delano London. Delano SoHo New York, located in Hudson Square, offers 390 rooms and is a 46-storey hotel. Delano London, near Kensington Gardens, will feature 67 rooms and open in late 2026. Both hotels include wellness, dining, and retail spaces. These signings precede the Delano Miami Beach relaunch next year. Upcoming openings in Miami, New York, and London mark a new chapter for this luxury lifestyle brand.

🏠 Pearlstone Partners and AvantStay will launch The Code at 2323 South Lamar Blvd, Austin, in December. The property features 178 residences across five stories, with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units priced from $419,000 to $849,000. Amenities include a rooftop terrace, pool, and coworking spaces. Sales contracts begin November 3rd, with plans for nationwide expansion. The flexible use model allows ownership and short-term stays, embodying a new hospitality concept.

🏨 Netherlands-based CityHub plans to convert the existing Hotel Pacific in Hamburg into its first German location, doubling the 52-unit site to a 110-key hotel using modular designs. This marks CityHub's fifth European location, previously established in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Copenhagen, and Reykjavik. Hamburg witnessed over 16 million overnight stays last year. The project, a collaboration with Kohler & von Bargen, will start in 2025, aiming for a 2027 opening. Located near St. Pauli and Sternschanze, close to Hamburg Central Station.

🍽 Indianapolis' JW Marriott welcomes Dean’s Steak & Seafood on November 6. General Manager Alan Forman, with nearly 20 years in the industry, leads the restaurant, focusing on memorable guest experiences. Menu highlights include Japanese A5 and Dry-Aged Prime steaks, a 36-ounce Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye, a raw bar, Langostino “Escargot Style”, and firsts like herb-roasted rack of lamb and table-side martini service.

🥩 On October 4, Cote, a Michelin-starred Korean Steakhouse, opened at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, its first West Coast location, as part of a $1.5 billion renovation project. Founded by Simon Kim, Cote's Las Vegas outlet is the largest at 17,000 sq. ft., featuring a menu under executive chef David Shim. Known for smokeless grills and a $88.88 Butcher’s Feast, the restaurant offers a wine list of over 1,200 labels curated by Victoria James.

🏨 Cobblestone Hotels opened a new hotel in Bellefontaine, Ohio, celebrating with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. 📈 ATLANTA, Georgia—In 2025, Monomoy Property Ventures and Axonic Capital acquired 590 West Peachtree Street, planning substantial renovations for Marriott Atlanta. The property, featuring 462 guestrooms and 30,000 sq ft of meeting space, will be managed by Schulte Hospitality Group. Renovations start in late 2026, post-World Cup, and aim for a reopening before Super Bowl LXII in 2027, enhancing the property’s appeal with modern upgrades and integration into the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

🏨 Meyer Jabara Hotels assumed management of The Abbey Inn & Spa on October 1, 2025. Located in Peekskill, New York, this 1876-built former convent now features 42 guestrooms, a spa, and a farm-to-table restaurant. Situated one hour north of NYC, it offers Hudson River views. Owned by Martin and Irene Ginsburg, the hotel caters to luxury travelers and events. MJH’s entry into the Hudson Highlands aligns with its growth strategy focused on unique, high-character experiences.

🏖 Ennismore plans to open its first Middle East lifestyle all-inclusive resort, SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, on Al Marjan Island in November 2025. The 257-room property will feature five restaurants, a cocktail bar, and event facilities for up to 345 guests. Ras Al Khaimah recorded 1.28 million visitors in 2024, up 12% from 2023, and aims for 3.5 million by 2030. Ennismore operates over 60 resorts globally, representing 25,000 rooms.
