🏨 Luxury hospitality group Rosewood Hotel Group, operating 41 hotels globally, announced a rebrand with a new visual identity and website. Founded in 1979, Rosewood’s projects include hotels in France, Crete, Saudi Arabia, California, and Seoul. The Seoul location is expected to open in 2027. The rebrand includes a new wordmark, monogram, and color scheme, aligning with growth and digital strategies. CEO Sonia Cheng aims to enhance guest experiences.

📈 Wigan Council and Cityheart will construct a 144-room, six-storey Hampton by Hilton hotel beginning in October 2025. The £multi-million Fettlers development will be completed in winter 2027, creating about 40 jobs. The 5,800m² hotel will include guest rooms, a gym, dining, meeting facilities, and parking. This project is part of a regeneration plan, transforming the former Galleries site into a neighbourhood with over 400 homes, a market hall, and leisure spaces. The Market Hall opens in late 2026.

🏖 In November, Crafted is opening Crafted at Powdermills in Sussex, in a refurbished Georgian country house with 55 rooms, a pub, restaurant, cocktail bar, and more. Mews will power the property, offering effortless integration. Chris King emphasizes user-friendliness, while Matt Welle highlights nature-focused hospitality. Powdermills' opening is part of Crafted's expansion plan. Mews, serving 12,500 customers in 85 countries, has raised $410m to innovate hospitality.

🏨 In October 2024, The Feathers hotel in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, reopened following a multi-million-pound renovation led by AGC BTR. Now part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World network, which comprises over 620 properties in 90+ countries, the 23-room hotel sits near Blenheim Palace on the Cotswolds edge. The refurbishment used local materials and Cotswolds-inspired colors, enhancing its appeal to international visitors and highlighting Woodstock in the luxury travel market.

🏨 ATLANTA, Georgia—Valor Hospitality Partners is expanding into Ohio by converting The Summit Hotel in Cincinnati to a Le Méridien, marking the brand's debut in the city. Less than 10 miles from downtown, the 239-room hotel will feature 32,600 square feet of event space. This move strengthens Valor's presence in the Americas and partnership with Marriott. Madisonville is experiencing a surge in development, further enhancing this expansion's significance.

🗺️ Outbound Hotels will open Outbound Yosemite in Q1 2026, located 15 miles from Yosemite National Park, featuring 104 cabins, 14 rooms, and 5,000 sq ft of meeting space. Outbound Sedona opens in Q2 2026 with 138 rooms, a revamped spa, and a pool complex with views of Bell Rock. Both are part of a strategic partnership with CoralTree Hospitality, enhancing operational consistency and growth. Bookings start Nov. 3, 2023.

🏨 Faraway Hotels plans to expand to Sag Harbor, New York, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming, with openings scheduled for summer 2026. Sag Harbor will feature a 67-room Faraway Sag Harbor, redeveloping the historic Baron’s Cove hotel, including landscaped gardens and a restaurant named Zagara. Jackson Hole will host the Faraway Jackson Hole, transforming the former Snake River Lodge & Spa with new guest rooms and a cocktail bar named Surehand. Both locations highlight design and local character.

🏨 Zleep Hotel Hamburg Volkspark opened near Hamburg’s Volksparkstadion and Barclays Arena. With 204 rooms and digital check-in, it emphasizes Danish design. Steigenberger Hotels GmbH's CEO, Dr. Stephan Hungeling, highlights its expansion in Hamburg with seven hotels. The hotel offers parking, bicycle spaces, a lounge, and a snack bar. Eidelstedt S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk, and the A7 motorway is 3 minutes by car. This is the second Zleep hotel in Germany after Frankfurt-Kelsterbach, with more locations planned.

🏨 Nobu Hospitality plans to open Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Nashville along the Cumberland River in the East Bank district. Featuring 120 rooms and suites by Foster + Partners, it will include a Nobu restaurant, event spaces, a fitness center, spa, and a rooftop pool with skyline views. Partnering with Oracle, the hotel aims to complement Nashville’s culture and culinary scene. Located near downtown, it provides easy access to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, and more.

🛨 Hotel Equities will manage the 182-room Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina, located in Dunwoody's Perimeter Center, Atlanta. Announced by HE and owned by Villa Christina LLC, this premier hotel is the first Hyatt Regency in HE's portfolio. The hotel, featuring a rooftop pool and dining options, is ideally positioned near corporate giants like Cox and Mercedes-Benz. HE now manages 13 hotels in Georgia, enhancing its local presence.
