Hilton launches new lifestyle brand to expand boutique hotel offering

🏨 Hilton has launched Outset Collection, its 25th brand and eighth in the lifestyle portfolio, with openings starting later this year. Bookings begin in November for more than 60 properties in the US and Canada, with potential for over 500 locations. Outset targets upscale, independent hotel experiences, including sites in Moab, Utah, and Chicago. In Q2 2025, conversions were over one-third of Hilton's new openings. Hilton's luxury and lifestyle portfolios now encompass 1,000 hotels worldwide.

IHG signs first Iceland property under Candlewood Suites brand

Drury Hotels breaks ground on Plaza Hotel in Mobile, Ala.

The Malone nears completion of 18-month refurb ahead of reopening
