🏨 Azul Hospitality Group is now managing two Seattle hotels: the 153-room Hotel Theodore and the 160-room Mayflower Park Hotel. Partnered with Provenance Hotels and NBP Capital, both properties have prime downtown locations. Hotel Theodore will join Hilton's Tapestry Collection this fall, while Mayflower Park, established in 1927, remains a Historic Hotels of America member. Azul aims to enhance operational performance and elevate guest experiences, maintaining each hotel's unique identity.

🏨 The Ryokan Collection expands its luxurious offerings in Japan with new properties and cultural experiences. Hakone Kairai in Hakone spans 20,000 sq ft, 70 mins from Tokyo. FUFU Tokyo Ginza boasts hot springs and garden views. Gora Kadan Fuji offers Mount Fuji views. Upcoming in 2025, Ryokan Shinsen presents a Swordsmith Experience, and Hanamurasaki introduces the Yamanaka Retreat Tour. Anabuki Tei features a Michelin-trained sushi chef. Enhancements aim for immersive, culturally rich stays.

🌏 Aman is debuting Aman Karingani in Mozambique's 370,658-acre Karingani Game Reserve, bordering Kruger National Park. The resort includes 30 standalone pavilions with private pools and views, and three- to six-bedroom branded residences. Facilities feature a central Lodge, swimming pool, Aman Spa, and dining with local flavors. Vlad Doronin, Aman CEO, highlights a commitment to luxury and nature. This follows Amanvari's announcement in Mexico, expanding Aman's global presence.

📝 DoubleTree by Hilton London – Tower of London has revamped 201 guest rooms over three floors in a multi-million-pound project. New room categories, Tower Deluxe and Tower Executive, are introduced, and the design is by Upperworth Studios, Adrian Barboza Design, and Morrison Design. The redesign aims to attract more families with 75 family-suitable rooms. Savage Garden, the rooftop bar, launched a new cocktail menu by Alessandro Lintas. Early bookings show strong interest from corporate and leisure markets.

🍴 Clermont Hotel Group partners with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global to bring branded dining concepts to its London hotels. The agreement will introduce the celebrity chef’s restaurant formats to the London hotel market. Gordon Ramsay operates venues globally, including Michelin-starred restaurants in Chelsea and Bordeaux. Clermont’s CEO, Gavin Taylor, and Gordon Ramsay’s CEO, Andy Wenlock, anticipate enhancing guest experiences with exclusive culinary offerings. 🏟 Radisson Hotel Group opened Radisson Red London Twickenham at Allianz Stadium, marking the first Radisson Red at a sports venue. Following a major refurbishment, the 150-room hotel features bold rugby-inspired designs, vibrant interiors, wireless charging, and Chromecast. The Huddle Restaurant offers all-day dining, and The Loft accommodates up to 200 guests. Visitors can access the TW2 Health and Fitness Club. 🏰 Leeds Castle in Kent has opened Knights’ Retreat, featuring eight themed lodges on its 500-acre estate. Open year-round, the lodges accommodate 4-5 guests and are inspired by mythical creatures. Guests receive complimentary access to the castle, grounds, and attractions. A 20% discount is offered on stays booked by 30 September 2025, applicable to midweek stays until 11 December 2025 and longer weekend breaks until 7 December 2025. 🏨 Brown's Hotel, a Rocco Forte Hotel in London Mayfair, has unveiled three new Forte Suites: the Clementi, Clara Dow, and Nightingale Suites, each priced from £3,500 per night. The suites draw inspiration from local musical connections. The Clementi and Clara Dow Suites are designed by Paolo Moschino Ltd and Olga Polizzi, while Polizzi solely designed the Nightingale Suite. This marks the first phase of a broader design refresh at the hotel.

🍴 Le Ciro’s, a prestigious restaurant since 1920, opens at the Majestic’s beach in Cannes, now offering its maritime-inspired cuisine along the Mediterranean. The decor, designed by Jordane Arrivetz, reflects a yacht ambiance, featuring blue-and-white themes and marine details. Chef Gabriella Stocker, with Michelin-starred experience, crafts a seafood-focused menu, including lobster linguine and raw fish options. The dessert menu by Nicolas Maugard includes Baked Alaska and praline millefeuille.

🏠 Yacht Club founders Mary Allison Wright and McLain Hedges opened Rougarou on August 21 in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood. The restaurant seats 68 inside and 75 in its backyard, which hosts live music. Rougarou features Southern-inspired dishes and a cocktail program with drinks like the Hurricane and Muffuletta Martini. Executive chef John David Wright leads the kitchen. The space also includes Over Pour, a retail shop offering grab-and-go items and novelties.
