☕ Workshop opened its flagship Cafe & Academy in Belgravia, London, February 2026, marking a significant milestone. For over a decade, they have pioneered specialty coffee, sourcing from East Africa, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, and Nicaragua. Head Barista Slava Babych and General Manager José Cortes lead the team. Designed with George Cosby Studio and 3Stories, it showcases premium hospitality and distinctive packaging: terracotta for single-origin and green for house blends.

🍴 Launching on 2 March 2026 at Four Seasons Hotel London At Tower Bridge, Cooper’s Cut is a 72-cover steakhouse celebrating Sir Edwin Cooper. Executive Chef Luke Armstrong brings over a decade of experience. The menu features grass-fed British and Japanese Wagyu beef, with a focus on dry-ageing and seasonality. The cocktail menu, led by Michele Lombardi, highlights martinis, while the wine selection, curated by Gonzalo Rodriguez Diaz, includes rare vintages. Located at 10 Trinity Square, London.

🏨 In Berlin's Charlottenburg district, Rachael Gowdridge transformed a 19th-century building into The Dean hotel, featuring 81 guest rooms. The design integrates historic elements with bespoke and vintage details, offering a contrast of raw materiality and contemporary interventions. This German debut for The Dean brand includes vibrant public spaces like a bakery and restaurant, and an intimate library with locally-sourced design titles. Artworks by local artists, selected by Thom Oosterhof, enhance the eclectic interior.

🌴 Treehouse Hotels, a brand by Starwood Hotels chairman Barry Sternlicht, is coming to Miami Beach, Florida, in early 2029. The project revamps 1940s Art Deco landmarks, Haddon Hall and Campton Apartments, into a nostalgic, beachside hotel designed by Rottet Studio. Key features include a rooftop with ocean views, a lush courtyard, multiple dining options, and wellness amenities. Treehouse Hotel Miami Beach aims to embody Miami's vibrant, carefree spirit.

🗺 Regent Bali Canggu has opened its first location. Future suite locations are planned in Jeddah, Kuala Lumpur, and Kyoto.
