Zleep opens second German hotel near Hamburg’s Volksparkstadion

🏨 The Zleep Hotel Hamburg Volkspark opened in the west of Hamburg, offering 204 rooms and located near Volksparkstadion and Barclays Arena. Operated by Steigenberger Hotels GmbH, it features Scandinavian design, digital check-in, and a lounge-style lobby. Certified to the Gold Standard of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB), it provides parking and bicycle storage, and is accessible via Eidelstedt S-Bahn and A7 motorway. Zleep Hotels, part of Deutsche Hospitality, expands with sites in Madrid, Prague, and Zurich-Kloten.

PoB Hotels adds two new properties to collection

🏨 PoB Hotels added Mar Hall Hotel Golf and Spa Resort near Glasgow and Bishopstrow Hotel and Spa in Wiltshire to its luxury portfolio. Mar Hall, a Grade A-listed mansion, spans 240 acres and underwent a £20m renovation. Bishopstrow, a Georgian country house, offers 36 unique rooms and a spa. Founded in 1982, PoB represents over 50 independent UK hotels. CEO Kalindi Juneja emphasizes the properties' unique experiences and PoB's commitment to quality.

JP Hospitality launches hotel brand under old-school airline name

Signia by Hilton Savannah breaks ground

Rosewood rebrands amid ‘cultural connection’-focused expansion

Wigan Council and Cityheart to build new Hilton hotel

📈 Wigan Council and Cityheart will construct a 144-room, six-storey Hampton by Hilton hotel beginning in October 2025. The £multi-million Fettlers development will be completed in winter 2027, creating about 40 jobs. The 5,800m² hotel will include guest rooms, a gym, dining, meeting facilities, and parking. This project is part of a regeneration plan, transforming the former Galleries site into a neighbourhood with over 400 homes, a market hall, and leisure spaces. The Market Hall opens in late 2026.
