🏨 Choice Hotels International, Inc. introduced a redesigned Everhome Suites prototype, focusing on innovation and cost efficiency. This next-gen design reduces development costs by approximately 13% per room and increases capacity to 120 suites. With 27 hotels operational and about 40 in development, the prototype addresses evolving market conditions and guest expectations, featuring full kitchens and flexible workspaces. 🏨 Whitbread PLC opens its latest hotel, "hub by Premier Inn London Farringdon (Old Bailey)," in the City of London, offering 212 rooms. Constructed within a Victorian-era police station, the hotel integrates cultural elements and supports the City of London's 'Culture Mile' initiative. Whitbread operates seven hotels in the area and plans more. The hotel uses sustainable energy sources and created 35 local job opportunities. 🏨 Trilogy Hotels, in partnership with Accor, has taken over operations of the Peppers Gallery Hotel in Canberra's New Acton precinct. Designed by John Smith Murdoch in 1927, this 80-room heritage hotel offers premium amenities, including a fitness center and library bar. Just 300 meters from Canberra's CBD, it boasts art installations, conference facilities, and proximity to cultural sites. Molonglo, a property developer, contributed to its design. The hotel strengthens Trilogy's footprint in Australia's premium sector.

🏨 La Vie Hotels & Resorts expands into the Philippines, managing Hotel Casiana & Events Center in Tagaytay. In 2025, they launched their office in the Philippines, contributing to a USD 91.8 billion tourism GDP, 19.9% of the national GDP, with 6.48 million international arrivals. 📍 Element New Orleans Downtown will open on February 5, 2026, in New Orleans' Central Business District. Featuring 216 guestrooms and suites, it offers eco-friendly designs, kitchens, and Westin Heavenly® mattresses. Managed by Bentley Legacy Group, it's located at 221 O'Keefe Avenue, near Canal Street, the Caesars Superdome, and the French Quarter.

🌳 Tumbling River Ranch in Grant, Colorado, reopens after an $8M renovation for its 80th anniversary. Located an hour from Denver, it features 21 redesigned guestrooms and cabins, accommodating up to 60 guests. The 5,500 sq. ft. Lodge, with a live-fire grill kitchen, offers expansive views. Room rates start at $840 (winter) and $1,180 (summer). Guests enjoy all-inclusive experiences, including meals and activities like hiking and rafting, nestled in the Pike National Forest.

🏨 PM Hotel Group will open the Hilton Garden Inn Merced in January 2026 in Merced, California. This full-service hotel, near UC Merced and downtown, will cater to business and leisure travelers. 🏨 Suited Interior Design will transform the historic PKO bank building in Kraków, Poland, into JW Marriott Kraków, a luxury hotel. The original architecture, including a four-story dome inspired by the Pantheon, is preserved. Scheduled to open in 2027, it will feature 120 rooms, including two-story suites and Mindfulness Suites.
