Independent hotel collection Seiler Constantin to launch next year

🏨 Switzerland: Launching in summer 2026, Seiler Constantin—a new hotel collection by André Seiler and Christian Constantin—will debut with Le Clay in Lavaux. Situated on 35 hectares in Puidoux, it features 105 rooms, two restaurants, two bars, a cigar lounge, MICE facilities, and Hyrox’s first hotel gym partnership. Planned expansions include four locations: Lavaux, Crans-Montana, Saas-Fee, and Lugano. Emphasizing outdoor lifestyle, wellbeing, local culture, and culinary experiences, the collection aims to recharge guests physically and mentally.

Historic Gunter Hotel Opens Following $57 Million Transformation

🏨 November 28, 2025, San Antonio, Texas—The iconic Gunter Hotel reopens after a $57 million renovation. Part of Marriott Bonvoy's Tribute Portfolio, the hotel features 311 guest rooms, 30 suites, and 14 ADA rooms. New amenities include a recording studio, a 900+ album vinyl library, a rooftop pool, and 20,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Dining options include Jots, Keystone Club, Bar 414, and Paris Baguette. The first phase of the reimagined Gunter Hotel is now open, with a full opening expected later this year.

Located near Mt. Sunapee and Lake Sunapee, it's ideal for leisure travel. Unique features include Crosley record players, rainfall showers, and a mobile concierge app. Two more locations in Mt. Snow and Sugar Hill are set to open by year-end, with 25 more planned over five years.

Conrad Hotels & Resorts Debuts in Germany With the Opening of Conrad Hamburg

Situated in the historic Levantehaus in Hamburg, the hotel offers 283 rooms, including 29 suites and 28 studios. It features a 1,000-square-metre spa with Hamburg's longest indoor pool, and a Latin American restaurant, GRETA OTO, seating 158 guests. Event spaces include a 228-square-metre venue for up to 220 guests. Located on Kunstmeile, it’s close to major city landmarks.

Baltic View Resort and Spa opens on Poland’s Baltic coast

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group has opened the Baltic View Resort and Spa in Międzyzdroje, Poland. The 60-room resort, part of the Radisson Individuals brand, is located on the seaside promenade. It features a 460 square meter wellness center, indoor pool, sauna, and children’s club. Rooms offer Baltic Sea views, with larger suites accommodating up to six adults. Międzyzdroje, on Wolin Island, is a growing destination, benefiting from proximity to Berlin and ferry links from Sweden.

Radisson launches Prize brand in Bergen with two openings

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group launches its lifestyle brand, Prize, in Norway with two hotels in Bergen. Prize by Radisson, Solheimsviken Bergen offers 217 rooms, a rooftop terrace, and event spaces, situated 2 km from the city center. Meanwhile, Prize by Radisson, Xhibition Bergen City has 55 rooms within the Xhibition shopping center. These openings mark the brand’s debut in the Nordic region. Globally, Radisson operates over 1,580 hotels across more than 100 countries.

Oberland to open first hotel in Glasgow as it sets out expansion plans

🏨 Oberland will open Arthouse Glasgow in April 2026, a 76-bedroom hotel in a 19th-century townhouse. Prices for rooms start at £99 for ‘Pocket’ rooms and go up to £229 for suites. Celentano’s restaurant will manage the hotel’s dining options with a focus on ingredients-led cooking. Oberland plans to expand further in the UK and Europe, following the opening of a Manchester hotel later in 2026.

🏨 New British hotel group Oberland will open Arthouse Glasgow in April 2026, converting a 19th-century townhouse into a 76-bedroom hotel in the city center. Room prices start from £99 for 'Pocket' rooms to £229 for suites. Celentano’s restaurant will provide over 60 covers. Oberland plans further expansion in the UK and Europe, including Manchester. Arthouse Glasgow will maintain heritage while offering modern design and community-focused spaces, designed by studio A-nrd.

Travelodge posts stable revenues as Q3 momentum builds

🛑 Travelodge reports £783.2m in revenue for the first nine months of 2025, with a strong Q3. Adjusted earnings fell to £140.2m from £171.7m due to £30m in cost inflation. Significant events boosted demand. 21 new UK hotels opened. In Spain, revenue surged by 17%, boosting EBITDA to £2.8m. Stephen Shurrock becomes chair, succeeding Martin Robinson. Looking forward, more cost pressures are expected in 2026 due to wage and insurance increases and visitor levies.

Terracotta-wrapped Further Hotel offers an alternative to Bali’s big resorts

The hotel hosts a gallery, shops, and eateries like Portion and Bar Vera. Its unique design aims to honor Balinese culture and support local businesses amidst Bali's rising design scene.
