🏨 Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa in Florida is renovating its 192 suites with completion expected in early 2026. This final phase of a multimillion-dollar renovation, which began in 2022, includes redesigned one- and two-bedroom suites featuring a modern coastal aesthetic. The renovations, designed by LEO A DALY, will incorporate light wood accents, a softer color palette, and updated kitchens. The resort also enhanced its lobby, restaurant, bar, pool areas, and fitness center.

📍 Between January and June 2025, B&B Hotels opened new properties in Wismar, Krefeld-Süd, Munich-Schwabing, Emmerich, Passau-Süd, Vienna-Heiligenstadt, and Leszno. This expansion added 686 rooms: 474 in Germany, 120 in Austria, and 92 in Poland. Additionally, leases for 955 new rooms were signed, including a project in Linz. The company renovated 20 existing hotels within this period. Expansion is facilitated by partnerships with companies like Inseme GmbH and Kreotel GmbH.

🏨 Radisson Collection Hotel, Basilica Budapest is located next to St. Stephen's Basilica, in a restored neoclassical building. Opened with 71 uniquely styled rooms, the hotel offers three dining venues: Collection Café & Lounge, The Arc bistro, and ISSEI Skybar & Restaurant. It boasts views of Budapest and access to cultural sites. Yilmaz Yildirimlar emphasizes its boutique luxury. 🏨 Norbert Polyák highlights its blend of contemporary design and city rhythm.

📍 Palazzo Donà Giovannelli, Venice, restoration by architect Aline Asmar d’Amman, maintains historic features while adding modern amenities. The hotel has 47 rooms and is centrally located near Rialto Market and the Grand Canal. It features a gastronomic restaurant accessible by private boat and a Wagon Bar, inspired by rail travel. The venue includes spaces like the Vittoria Ballroom, emphasizing Venetian culture. It's part of Orient Express's brand expansion, offering an immersive experience.

🏨 Talaia Hotel & Spa Biarritz MGallery Collection opened in July 2025 on the Basque Coast, offering 149 rooms, including 8 suites, and a Cinq Mondes spa. The interior, designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel, integrates Basque elements. Features include a revamped rooftop terrace, a restaurant by Chef Éric Frechon, and new fitness and surf facilities. Previously Radisson Blu, it now joins Accor's MGallery, promising unique local experiences and community support initiatives.

🍴 Longbow Venues will open "The Charleston" in Bakewell in early 2026, investing £2.5 million in renovating a Grade II-listed building. This venue, featuring 160 seats and a courtyard for 90 more, will offer an immersive 1920s-style experience with live jazz, a private dining room, and an extensive menu. Creator Rob Hattersley aims to revive a local landmark, creating 60 new jobs, with recruitment starting summer 2025.

🍴 Herts Pubs Company launched The Cock, a refurbished 16th-century inn in Hitchin, on July 25th. With 450 years of history, it features a 46-cover dining room and a 15-cover private area. Operations Manager Adam Msetfi oversees the project, while Head Chef Alex Corley brings expertise from renowned restaurants. The menu emphasizes British suppliers, offering dishes like sirloin of aged beef and poached trout. Open Wednesday to Sunday, it also offers a Sunday roast menu and craft drinks.

🏨 NH Collection expanded in Italy, opening a new hotel in Palermo on Via Vittorio Emanuele. Housed in the historic 86-room Palazzo Sitano, it blends Baroque architecture with modern amenities like a fitness club and sauna. Positioned near landmarks like Piazza Marina, it caters to leisure and business travelers. The hotel includes a restaurant serving Sicilian dishes and event space for up to 56 people. 🏖 Rosewood makes its alpine debut with a new hotel in Courchevel's Jardin Alpin, offering 51 rooms and suites. This property, transforming a former site with designer Tristan Auer, integrates with the French Alps. Features include boutiques, ski rentals, a spa, dining terrace, children’s club, lounge bar, and smoking room. Following openings in Crete and Munich, this is Rosewood's second property in France, emphasizing European expansion.
