TRIBE accelerates its expansion across Europe

🏨 TRIBE, expanding in Europe, plans new hotels in Paris, Budapest, Montpellier, and Reims. TRIBE Paris Pantin opens in June 2025, featuring 131 rooms and a social hub. TRIBE Montpellier debuts in September with 120 rooms. Budapest Airport's TRIBE opened in May 2025 with 167 rooms. Future sites include Ljubljana and Porto Gaia by 2027. Dallas-based Travis Street Hospitality has opened Frenchie, a casual all-day brasserie

🍴 In late June 2025, Stephan Courseau and Daniele Garcia of Travis Street Hospitality opened Frenchie, a 150-seat, 4,000-square-foot brasserie in Preston Center Plaza, Dallas. This marks their first venture outside the Knox-Henderson area. The menu, directed by Bruno Davaillon, features French bistro classics, while the bar serves cocktails and French wines. Frenchie plans to extend its hours for breakfast. The founders aim to open more locations in similar neighborhoods, blending French and American dining styles.

Vandelay Hospitality plans 9th Hudson House in Frisco, Texas

📍 Vandelay Hospitality Group will open its ninth Hudson House restaurant on August 6 in Frisco, Texas. This marks its seventh location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The original Hudson House launched in Highland Park, Texas, in 2017. Known for its signature cheeseburger and “World’s Coldest Martini,” the new location will feature leather booths, a wraparound bar, and outdoor patio. Vandelay operates 21 restaurants, including Drake’s Hollywood and Anchor Sushi Bar.

Accor Reports Half-Year 2025 Results

Accor's portfolio includes 854,695 rooms and a pipeline of 241,000 rooms. The Premium, Midscale, and Economy division saw a 2.9% RevPAR growth, while the Luxury and Lifestyle division increased 7.0%. Revenue hit $3.13 billion, with a 2.5% rise, offset by $78.75 million due to currency effects.

Accor bucks trend with positive RevPAR gains, but acknowledges tough operating climate

📈 Accor's RevPAR rose 4.6% in H1 2025 and by 4.1% in Q2, missing a 4.7% forecast. The Luxury & Lifestyle division saw a 7% RevPAR rise, with Fairmont and Sofitel leading. A 3% RevPAR increase occurred in luxury, and 12% in lifestyle. The Europe North Africa region grew 3.3%, driven by France. Accor opened 117 hotels (15,000 rooms) and posted a €233 million net profit. Revenue rose 5.1% in H1 2025.
